BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased grounding sheet and wanted to return it right after getting it (it took 35 days to get to me). there is a 90 day full refund but they will not give you an address, I flooded their emails and they gave me an RMA and address. It cost me 20.00 to send the sheet back and it was returned "MOVED" I will not get the 159.00 back from them. AVOID buying anything from this company. The product is a scam, it is from China, hence the long wait and customer service will not take care of you. The company should be shut down!!! contacted BBB and sent in a complaint. I hope everyone does the same and gets them shut down!!

I purchased grounding sheets which were defective. Wanted a replacement. I had to pay return shipment cost; however, the website states that they will provide a shipping label if product is defective. Waited over 3 weeks for Customer Service to ship a replacement product. They never did so I requested a refund which took over 2 weeks to process. Purchased product on April 28 and got refund on June 5. I never received a free Free Foot & Hand Glow Up Bundle product from the original order.

This company is a scam. They should be put OUT OF BUSINESS. They rip me off like everyone else. I tried to return a grounding sheet and they said sorry, we will not refund your money. Scammers, so if this is the company you want to deal with, do your thing!!!

I ordered an Ion foot bath May 30 & it came 3 weeks later with a smashed plastic foot basin. I e-mailed the problem and the last week of June I received a new plastic basin. I did 3 foot soaks & after 30 min the water was clear. There was no sign of life in the blue Array that pulls the toxens out of your feet. I e-mailed asking for a return address where I could send the not working blue array. Nothing except a message saying my return time had expired (a lie). I asked them to call me or just send me the return address. It takes days to get a response. There is no answering questions with them. I now want my money back, but still have no return address. Horrible company! Terrible customer service. Still haven't received my refund after 2 weeks of them receiving the sheets back. Avoid this company!

I would give no stars if I could. I bought a grounding sheet and it said try it risk free for 90 days. For 2 weeks I have been trying to return it and they will not tell me how. You can only email them. They offered a discount 2 times and I said no. Then they told me to go through a link on the website, but that does not allow you to return products after 30 days. It is extremely frustrating dealing with this company. I would not order anything from them.

They are UNCOMMUNICATIVE when things aren't satisfactory, do not provide a phone number for customer correspondence and additionally started charging my card for items I never ordered. I had to shut down my visa

ordered the knee massager, it was broken, they gave me a hard time to return, sent them videos etc. paid for the return, they never refunded my money or sent me a new one. They are a scam and should not be in business. Terrible terrible company.

Fraudulent company. They do not answer emails. Bought the ionic foot bath, they were suppose to send an ebook explaining how machine works. Never did, despite multiple emails. After two uses the coils are a rusty color. One big scam!

This company is a complete fraud. I ordered a neck massager, and although I did receive the neck massager, this company began charging me for a monthly subscription. A monthly subscription for what, I have no idea. They have no phone number so I emailed countless times asking what they were charging me a monthly fee for, with no response. I ended up canceling my credit card so they could no longer continue to charge me. I recommend staying FAR AWAY from this company!

I BOUGHT THE FOOT SPA IN FEBRUARY AND I RETURNED IT AFTER A COUPLE DAYS BECAUSE I DIDNT LIKE IT! SO I WENT TO UPS TO SEND IT BACK . AND THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME BACK MY MONEY. I PAID $200 FOR IT!

I ordered 3 back massages and says delivered. This was back in January. I received nothing, yet they took my money and refused to respond to any of my emails. Total disappointment.

I ordered 2 ionic footbaths and they were returned by UPS who did not complete the order. BioVitta claims the items were not returned despite me sending them the paperwork from UPS indicating they were received by Freitas in the inside delivery area. I have sent 8 emails - only 3 have been answered. And they are incapable of scrolling to the end of the email to view the attached documentation apparently. This is my worst online purchase experience ever. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company however if you order from them, don't expect a reasonable and fair experience. SCAM

Complete scam. Says delivered a day after I ordered it and I have cameras and nothing was delivered. They provided a questionable tracking info when i disputed it,which was a complete lie as I have video evidence that it never came.

This is a scam. They falsely advertise and then steal your money by not delivering the ordered product. I ordered on 4/1/2024 and received a notice it was delivered on 4/27/2024. I was home all day and have cameras at each entrance. No package was delivered. They have an "F" score with the BBB due to doing this to many people. Don't order from them!! Your throwing your money away!

Received the foot spa and the tub was cracked. Emailed immediately the next day and several times with no response. Finally disputed the charge with my credit card company and then they responded in 15 minutes. They want me to pay to ship it back and doesn’t even say if they’ll replace it, etc. Would never order from them again. I guess the lack of a phone number should have been a sign.

The return center is not working. I need to return the product as they said in 90 days, but I can't get any response on their side. Fraud, I would say. Be careful!!

All is fine until your shipping status shows as first “attempted” and then “delivered to safe place” and you can’t get hold of them. They use a Chinese courier to get it to the U.K. and then hand over to a U.K. one. No idea which one, no updated shipping number so can’t track. I’m was in when delivery was apparently attempted. As I have had no contact with the local courier, I have also not given them safe place instructions. No help so far. Awful!

Company states 90 day return, but they expect the customer to return the item at customers own cost. Currently having a very frustrating experience with support team. Don’t believe their adverts!!!!

Scam website. Advertisement says 2-4 days for shipping. It's been 3 weeks and still no item. Will be filing with the BBB and also filing a dispute on the transaction for my card.
