ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT BUY
ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT BUY
They don't send out the products, don't reply to emails and sign you up to some monthly subscription and proceed to steal £39.99 per month from you. I'd advise getting in touch with your credit card company to block them if you have already bought from them!

BEWARE! AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT MONEY REMOVED FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT
As others have said this is a scam. If you order anything from them they add you (without you having to do select that option) to their “rewards programme so they can access your bank account and keep taking money out of it AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Don't Become Another Sucker
I must implore anybody and EVERYBODY reading this to avoid this company like the plague. If you don't, you will never get any form of satisfaction, human contact or response of any kind. I have been trying to reach these people for over a week via various emails, phone messages (on a phone that is obviously never manned) and their own "chat" on their website. If I get any response at all, it is strictly the same canned AI response. It's the exact same message over and over. I have come to the realization that these people are just too ignorant to offer their own responses so they are forced to resort to a machine's artificial intelligence that can only spit out the same canned reply repeatedly. However, as bad as this is, it's several paces ahead of what these people are apparently capable of providing.
Nowhere does their website mention delivery times until days after the order is placed. At this point, you are screwed. After placing my order for winter gloves, for a specific trip, I was advised delivery will be three weeks out, after I will have left. It took them 2 days just to tell me that. I seriously doubt I will see them before the end of winter. I tried to cancel this order immediately upon notification of delivery. All I have ever gotten was an AI response that my order "will be delivered soon". I have not been able to track the shipment because there is still no information available. This leads me to believe the order never shipped....but it will deliver soon. If these people are even in south Florida as they claim, this order could have been walked here by now. BTW I have since called and notified my bank/credit card to dispute this and stop payment until I get my cancellation and my complete and full refund.
If I could, I would give them a zero-star review or a review with a negative value.
Fraud company keep charging 39.99…
Fraud company keep charging 39.99 recurring without any signing subscription

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I purchased a product and before I realised it £39.99 had come out of my account without being authorised a month later.
I’m in the process of trying to get this back, but not having much luck communicating with the company
SCAM
SCAM
Nothing was ever sent out, tracking page is fake, I should have checked Trust Pilot reviews before purchasing.
Like others have mentioned they also sign you up for a monthly charge of $39.99 FOR NOTHING, absolute dogs. To the guy who posted a 5 star review and said check the terms you agreed to it, eat a brick you shill.
You will need to call your bank and cancel your card to be rid of them.
0 stars for these parasites.
They are a SCAM!!

Absolute scam
Absolute scam - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased one small item, there was no subscription details, no opt out, nothing.
And guess what, suddenly a £39.99 charge in my account for absolutely nothing.
Had to create an account to be able be cancel the subscription.
Avoid at all costs
Do NOT purchase from this merchant
Do NOT purchase from this merchant. They have charged me several times for no valid purchase on my credit card. I did NOT sign up for a subscription and they did not remind me of any upcoming charges, nor notify me of any charges after they were made.
What a TOTAL FRAUD.
What a TOTAL FRAUD.
I paid $39.95 for an item over a month ago and have yet to receive it.
I’ve contacted them and never got a response.
My recommendation is to stay away as far as you can from them.
If I could give zero stars to these fraudsters, I would.
I doubt very much that they will contact me now that I’ve given them a negative review.
FRAUD COMPANY - Horrible Customer Service
FRAUD COMPANY! The grounding sheets don’t work. They won’t give a refund even though they FINALLY approved my return, sent return instructions and received my product back! They won’t communicate back anymore! I was told I’d get a regund by November 8th. Morning! I disputed the charge through my bank and got my money back after 2.5 months!
FRAUD
I ordered a mouthguard and it was never sent/received. I followed up several times and did not receive a response. I then realized that they subscribed me the following month and started charging my card 43/month. I have to cancel my credit card to get resolution.
On 12 November 2024
On 12 November 2024, I purchased the VacuRelax Pro® Vacuum Massager for $111.64 on the BioVitta Wellness website. This was my most negative online shopping experience. I read the negative reviews of people who purchased from this site and cancelled the order before it was shipped. My cancellation was ignored and they sent me the product. The box was crumpled, not sealed, the massager looks taka as it has already been used, on the site I left a review and a photo of the massager, which shows that the massager looks nothing like it is advertised on the site and it lacks the stated functions. In addition to all of the above, it also does not work. My emails describing the problem and asking them to solve it accordingly are ignored. I am so upset that this is a scam site.
I was just scammed by this company
I was just scammed by this company. Do not order from them. They will not respond to my emails or refund request for the money I was scammed out of. I can’t find anywhere online to review the company except here.
Fraud
Fraud. Scam. 100% certain of this. I ordered a sheet and tried to return it immediately and they emailed asking if I would consider keeping it for 50% off. I declined. They ghosted me and there’s no way to contact them. Now, three months later I’m getting a charge for 39.99/m on my credit card for some subscription I do not have.
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
Order a chronic pain neck pillow, these scammers sent me a box filled with tiny little confetti balls, absolute scammers some little nerd at the end of computers, everyone if anything like this happens to you contact your bank and report them you will get your money back and it helps to get the site shut down.
It literally tells you in terms of…
It literally tells you in terms of service that if you do not manually opt out you will be signed up. Read terms and conditions. It helps people from losing money.
STAY AWAY
As the others have said, this place is a total scam. I ordered a pregnancy pillow from them, realized Amazon sold the EXACT same one for $150 less. Yes, you read that correctly - one hundred and fifty dollars less on Amazon. I cancelled my order within the two hour window. The cancellation confirmation email says the $39.99 subscription was also cancelled. I thought it was odd at the time, since I hadn’t signed up for any subscription. A month later, I had a $39.99 subscription charge from them. I had no way to cancel the subscription. I reached out to request a cancellation and a refund. Why would I agree to a $39.99 subscription when I was only buying a pregnancy pillow? They cancelled the subscription I never signed up for but have refused to respond to my repeated requests to refund the $39.99. Now I have to spend time disputing the charge with my credit card company and leave them bad reviews everywhere possible.
