Do not buy anything from this company there is nothing about wellness to do with anything that they put you through.
The customer service is horrible. The product doesn’t work.

Ordered a grounding bedsheet from biovitta. Took a month to arrive, it’s turned up in Chinese packaging with no logo or instructions. And last but not least it has turned up without a plug so I can’t even use it. Have emailed them many times but no response.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a scam company. They take £39.99 out of your account without you knowing you have signed up for it. Please avoid. They do not get back to you. I will get my money back but they are a dishonest company and I would warn you against using them.

Placed on order on 12/4/24 as a Christmas gift. It is 12/30/24 and it still hasn’t arrived. Says it’s located in Florida and I’m in Georgia so not sure why the tracking says customs and Chicago and all sorts of nonsense.

My product came without any instructions. No packaging, just a ziplock bag with a sticker in Chinese. Written to th 5 times and no response. Seems like a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a fraud, a huge scam, and there’s no way to connect with anyone from the company. I ordered an item, then immediately tried to cancel the item, with absolutely NO LUCK! I sent multiple emails to the company with no response, only response I got was to tell me my order is on the way, twice.
I refused the item when it was delivered via DHL, but still got charged for the item. I created a dispute with my credit card company, and BioVitta miraculously got in contact with my credit card company. I am waiting for my credit card company to call me back and give me BioVitta’s phone number so I can connect with them. The phone number on the internet immediately disconnects when you go to call it.
Do not purchase from this company! They immediately sign you up for a membership fee of $39 per month, and the only way to cancel that is to physically go to their website to disengage the monthly fee.
When you send back the item you purchased, there is no one in Boca Raton to receive the item. It’s a sham store front. The original company is in China.
I let the Better Business Bureau know about this fraudulent company. How do companies get away with ripping people off is beyond me.

I ordered a product and it arrived with no instruction, no charging cord and they charged me an additional $39.99 for a membership I did not want.
There is no phone or email that works to cancel the membership and now I have to do a bunch of paperwork with my credit card company to stop them from continuing to charge my card. Not a legitimate company and absolutely NO customer support

SCAM SCAM SCAM. automatically signs you up for a monthly fee. The subscription does nothing. I didn’t even order anything from this site. Do not sign up for anything. I wish I could dispute charges for more than 90 days. This is taking advantage of people

Scam company. No one wants to sign up to £39.99 subscription when purchasing a £6 item. Email is bogus on their site when trying to cancel. As mentioned below, create your account in their website, login and then Manage Memberships and cancel from here. They know what they’re doing, legal for them to work this way, but their cancellation process is not as wrong info is provided on their website. Biovitta, I’ll have my vengeance , in this life or the next. #W****rs

Yes, it does specify in the TERMS and CONDITIONS that you will be automatically enrolled in to their rewards program and be charged monthly. The email address provided in the TERMS policy is bogus and will be rejected. In order to cancel the rewards subscription you will need to log in to your account on their website and then click on the account icon and go to the membership manage link. On this page you can cancel the rewards membership. I received a reply email confirming the cancellation. There does not appear to be any way to update a password but my authentication went through the SHOP app and I had to enter their code in order to access my account. This whole business is pretty suspect in the manner that they operate.

I made a purchase on line on 12/11/2024. Just checked tracking 12/22/2024 and it is still in China where it has been the entire time. This company is obviously a scam! I want a refund so I can get Christmas presents from another source.

Please don’t buy anything from this company is a total scam! I never got my product and the did an order charge to my account! I already submitted a claim to my bank! Hopefully 🤞 they can do something about this!

This company is a scam! The reviews on the website are probably fake. When you buy a product, they automatically sign you up without your consent to a rewards scheme and charge £39.99 every month!
Contact your bank to block them if you get charged as they will not respond to emails and refund you.

I bought some hearing aids and the next month got charged £39.99 for some subscription that I didn't agree to, BEWARE

they don't say that a small simple items will be delivered from China and it will take 3 weeks. They have no note about this when you pay for your item.

A subscription scam - I know I didn’t sign up for a subscription! I never do that’s why. Amazon and Apple are the only subs I have and it is the wrong account to pick as it’s fairly obvious to my bank too. I purchased a fan weeks ago )doesn’t work that well). Why would I sign up for a Rewards subscription of a company selling goods with no other value add to do this? Shocking behaviour - they also have no social media activity with blank instagram and Facebook accounts. Buyer beware.

Totally dishonest company. I bought one product, they charged me twice. I never ordered the second product and never received it.

I was signed up to a monthly subscription with out my consent or any notifications looking at the reviews on this company it would appear they do it on a regular basis how are they allowed to trade like so with so many complaints

Nobody returns any of your emails. Do not buy from this company - there is no customer services

only because I can't choose zero stars.
They set up a monthly charge on my account without my approval.
Do not give these people your details. If you are unfortunate enough to do it, call your bank who will cancel the monthly charge straight away.
