I ordered a Christmas present for my son on Dec. 10th. My order has not been delievered. I was tracking the shippment on my Shop app. Today all of a sudden the tracking has disappeared on the app, I can't find any of the order confirmation emails, and the Biovitta Wellness website says "no orders" when I log into my account. Google said that the merchant can delete the order from my Shop app, but why do I not have any of my order confirmation emails. That is very concerning!

Do not order from this company! Has been 6 weeks. Charged my credit card but no
Product delivered. I have sent multiple emails asking for updates and they do not reply. This company is a scam.

It happen to me like to others.ordered one crap by mistake and after month took from my account “ member ship “ fees £39.99. It is illegal to take payments without signing anything and even no existing account.must be investigated this company for sure!!!!

Basically same story as Michael f. Additional information is he also co owns a jewelry business Vulke jewelry, probably also a scam. After cross referencing photos I do believe he currently lives at the address on the website, which would be dumb. I as well contacted the Florida attorney general

This should be zero not one star but it does not give you the option. We bought something in early December from this company and the product is incomplete and unusable. We've been unable to make contact with the company and today have received a charge of £39.39 from them that we know absolutely nothing about. My bank says that they cannot follow it up because it is 'pending'. Well it was but is not now (it has been charged) and we can still not advise the bank because they say it is. Avoid this company!

My husband ordered an item as a Christmas present, which was never delivered. They did not respond to his attempts to contact them about the missing product. On top of that, they attempted to take money out of his account recently, that I'm guessing was for a subscription based on other reviews I've read. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Suddenly, in early fall a charge from a company we never ordered from called Biovittawellness. We noticed other charges including airfare from South Florida.

We hired an investigator we do business who found out the Biovittawellness company is owned by an LLC called H.P. Motors in Boca Raton. There is no further information about H.P. Motors other than a name on a storage unit that is listed on the registration with the State of Florida under the Division of Corporations accessible from Google.

Having said that, the Biovittawellness address currently listed on its website is not a current address. According to Zillow, It is a house sold in April of 2024.

The company is registered under Luciano Bruksch Lasso.

The company or lack thereof, is compromised and must be shut down.

We are in the process of a complaint to the Florida State Attorney General's office & Federal Trade Commission as the inconvenience and harm to Mr. Lasso's company seems to be driven by no empathy for the average citizen.

SCAM!! DO NOT use this company. First order of earplugs delivered and charged £24 for but then a payment of £39.99 pending from my bank account which I managed to report to my bank and cancelled my payment card .

I ordered a curling iron. I never received it - it’s been over a month. There was a membership fee added without my consent. I have cancelled and sent emails and haven’t received any replies or refunds yet. But I will dispute charges thru my bank. Total and complete scam.

Zero Stars….deffo scammers signed me up for a subscription with out my permission been taking money out of my account with me not knowing…. Please do not buy from this company… Fraud…..

Definitely a SCAM company
Brought product absolutely rubbish trying to return and they keep trying to charge my card for a subscription I never agreed too! I’ve had to cancel my bank card and they never reply

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought one item as a Christmas gift and they duped me out of €39.99 as a prime subscription a month later. I've sent multiple emails to their support@ and no replies. These guys are scammers.

UPDATE: I've since formally reported Biovittawellness to International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network via eConsumer.Gov.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. My scenario replicates all of the reviews, and like them, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Yes, I received my item, from China of course! It was a load of rubbish, but couldn't be bothered with returning it. Then I noticed this payment of £39.99 pending in my bank account, this was pounds not dollars! I have sent numerous emails but nothing in return. I did what others have done and cancelled via their website but will follow this through with a phone call to my bank to block any further attempts to take money.

Wish id checked on here before purchasing a cushion. I’ve had no update since ordering the item a couple of weeks ago, if it arrives, I am now expecting it to be overpriced rubbish. What galls me is that had I not read about them scamming folk on here by putting them on a monthly £39.99 subscription without their knowledge. I am grateful to the reviews on here, after reading them I created an account and cancelled it in the settings.

Another mistake! Item coming from china. Bought a pair of wind stopper gloves. Took ages to arrive. When they did, one of the gloves had a split and were very poor quality, which is fine if one only payed five pounds for them, which are advertised on other sites. I paid twenty four pounds. Needless to say, they did the usual, offering me part payment and keep the gloves. Have gone quiet since. Now will be seeking PayPals help.

The product is absolute rubbish. Very poorly manufactured. Very cheap garbage.
The customer service is appalling. In fact I would say they don't have it at all.

They sneak in a subscription on your service and do not allow you to cancel. They charged me to lots of $39.99. I saw a review on here that says “you’re clearly signing up for it” A) no you’re not. B) you should be able to cancel any subscription. Not responding to cancellation requests and continuing to take the money is essentially stealing from people C) they charged me twice for this subscription and are ghosting me. I would stay far away from this company.

I have had the same experience as Reviewer 'Andrew'. Unfortunately I had posted my order before receiving the mesage from this company about membership and the monthly payment.
The item I purchased was nothing to do with their health products, it was for a product I was looking to replace and it just happened that the version on sale from this company had received the best reviews on Amazon.

Do not purchase anything from this company. It’s a scam. The items do not work. And you will never get your money back. Horrible customer service.
