Scam company that charges your card each month for no reason.

Charged me £120 for a punching pad that is available elsewhere for £30-£40…that’s ok, my own fault, but then they hit me for a subscription charge, which I did not knowing sign up for. These people are criminals and should be taken down immediately. I had to block them from taking any more money via my bank account. I then got an email saying thanks for contacting them and I would be taken off their subscription list - I’m under no illusion, if my bank hadve kept paying them my request to be unsubscribed would never have been honoured.

Hopefully I lose them more than £39.99 in the long run with this review by warning innocent people of them.

Did what other contributed suggested and set up an account and cancelled the membership

I ordered one boxing machine for about £170. they send me 2 and charge me again for even more. I have received them in different days. I can not get hold of anyone to return the item. no respond to my 5 emails. I have request the return and they said to wait for instruction. still no money no respond. don't buy from them.

I only gave a 1 star as it doesn't permit me to put 0. This company scams you from the very start. Ordered a Christmas present for my daughter 12/04/24. Immediately it was charged to my c.c. no tracking no confirmation and no response to numerous inquiries. Yesterday 01/11/25 a sketch pkg shows up from an "online seller" packages in a store bought ziplock bag like you would purchase at a grocery store with product inside. Very unprofessional. No mention of Biovitta Wellness logo. Had to go thru the hassle of canceling my cc and fighting thru a dispute of fraud. Your best bet is to AVOID this scam at all costs!

Yes, this is a scam company. They advertise low cost goods online and you have to buy using a debit/credit card. They may or may not send you the item. We received ours. They then debit your account later with a false "membership" amount which the debit/credit card company won't question because you now have a trading history with the company. Even if you change your card then they can get the new card details from Visa or whatever because of this history; unless your bank puts a stop to it. My bank couldn't do anything about the first payment for "membership" being withdrawn but have stopped future payments. Because of the trading history they can't always be sure that it is not a market dispute rather than fraud although the number of reports on this site alone testifies to the latter. You can't get the company to stop your "membership" because their published email address for doing this doesn't work and there is no response to the others on their web site. Nor is there any physical address. It's a well worked scam and I hope that the perpetrators get their just rewards in hell.

Company sneaks in a $39.99 wellness subscription to your order. I was able to cancel but if charged, will dispute with my credit card company. I ordered a shoulder brace and paid for expedited shipping, which is not arriving in the timeframe they initially promised. 15 days later and the items still says “preparing to ship.” Emails go unanswered - this company is a big scam.

SCAM - UK customer. Ordered some gloves before Christmas, they did arrive. However $39.99 payment taken one month later. Confusingly, it wasn't showing as a direct debit on my bank however have now had to order a new bank card and block the business taking payments via my bank - very frustrating! Sorry not to have read this TrustPilot reviews before - lesson learned - never purchase an item from an unfamiliar retailer

Seems legit at first but subsequently charged for something I didn't buy or want. Their website looks and seems like a totally real business when I bought a neck pillow for £24 as a Christmas present which I actually received. I've now been subsequently charged £39.99 and from other reviews on here it seems like I may have been signed up to some monthly subscription that I did not know about or want! I will be contacting my banks fraud team about this to block this and future payments.

Ordered gloves for Christmas, never received them. Then they added me to the subscription and charged $39.99 for the month. I was able to get logged in by creating a new account with my email and was able to cancel subscription. I will be disputing both charges via my credit card company.

I ordered a neck pillow, 30 days later, not here. I may wait, ...BUT....30 days later they charged me $39.99 without me ordering anything else (just to find out from other scammed people) that is a "subscription" fee, that I never subscribed to.

Bought a Detox Foot Spa. Came with missing items. Doesn’t work. Like others I wish I had read the reviews first. No response as yet. I fear I have been scammed

I also fell for this scam, purchased sleep aid for £31 and then was charged £39.99 subscription which I didn’t sign up for.

Sent numerous emails to cancel which just bounced back. Tried to cancel through purchase order which didn’t work. Cancelled future payments at the bank but they couldn’t guarantee this would prevent payments.

After looking at recent reviews on Trustpilot I went to their website on google, set up a new account using same email address and details and created a new password.

Logged in to my account, original order details and subscription payments were on there and there was an option for you to cancel your subscription.

This worked - status now showing subscription as cancelled.

I am in the middle of trying to stop this payment. Nightmare. The link the site provides to cancel this transaction bounces back as undeliverable. Printed off their terms and conditions and have now managed to get mails to send with the exact details BioVitta ask you to provide to stop the payments - no response and yet another 39.99 has been charged. Funnily enough though on the date the next payment was due to go BioVitta did mange to contact me to thank me for being a loyal customer and offering me a gift so they obviously can contact me when they want to.
I have sent several emails with the exact details required to the support address to stop this payment - yet another payment posted to credit card account. Now under investigation with credit card company. Total scam!

This site trumpets on and on about its 'no risk guarantee' and refund policy, but just try getting a refund, or in fact any communication whatsoever. I ended up paying the cost of returning the item to the US from UK (a further £30 to send it tracked, on top of the £108 initial cost) and then watched as they **refused delivery** at their return centre, and it was returned all the way back to me in the UK.

On top of which they also took their 'membership fee' (which as far as I can tell offers the customer absolutely nothing) which so many others have been scammed by, so all in all I'm out £170. Incredible that this site is still operating.

I ordered something for Christmas and it's still not here. However, the worst is now there is a $39.99 charge on my credit card for a 'membership' I didn't sign up for. I asked for a refund of the membership fee and to cancel the membership. I haven't heard anything back yet.

Yep, its a scam site, i got caught out well, hooked into the monthly fee - which cannot be unchecked at time of purchase.

But regardless of that and more importantly, the site is a scam so you will not receive the items orders

Have been sent a ?used product that doesn’t work.
Have also been charged an additional £39.99.
Cannot get a reply to any of my emails and there is no contact number on the website.
Will be taking legal advice.
DO NOT waste your money buying for this company.

I ordered something back in November which took 7 weeks to arrive.then they scammed my account with a membership fee I did not ask for or permit.dont order this is a scam company.

Same issue as everyone else on here - being charged for a free trial I did not agree to
