Binance pushed the problem onto…

Binance pushed the problem onto Coinbase. I lost $1k.Probably is more Coinbase problem - the trade was labelled 'successful' but hard to believe the money was lost and the trade cannot be reversed. Both addresses were good.

Binance US staking ONT at 19.6% got 4.6%.

I checked your Exchange for staking ONT tokens and it said 19.6% APY. The hurdle i needed to go over was the 24 days bonding period and then I found out that the rewards period is set to monthly. So as I am waiting for the process to finally begin giving rewards, the APY rate on you site changed to 4.6%. I have not seen this dramatic of a APY shift on any other wallet or exchange, over a 75% change in offered rewards, kind of like a bait and switch with no other warnings given. I also had to pay to transfer my tokens to your exchange for staking. So as a new crypto user, this is not inspiring confidence in your platform.

Has NO Customer Service Support

NEVER trust your money to a platform that has no human support. And I mean none. They have zero phone numbers, emails, no contact information to contact a soul. You have to use their "AI support" system which is a retarded series of multiple choice questions that won't address anything specific.

I would burn my own money in a bonfire before ever trusting this horrible platform again. Thank god I didn't buy anything on here, it's trash.

Putting their junk emails in spam and forgetting I ever found this place a couple years ago. Binance.us, meet my spam folder. Contacting the FTC as well. No place that's handling other peoples' money should have "AI support" only. If you can't reach a person at these places, you cant solve complex issues, and that's a great way to lose your money.

Secondly, if they can't even afford human customer support, how prosperous could they be? lol

It’s a total fraud, does brokers only have intentions to take advantage with people with any knowledge about the businesses online, at the end they always have a “something to do” before to transfer your profit and the people never saw any penny, I have all the information about that actions with my Dad and the compliment is on the way for the attorney at the FBI

Waste of time and money.

2 months of waiting and still no business verification. I spent hours filling out their endless form and, despite contacting support twice, all I got was vague responses like “the internal department is handling it.” This process has been a complete waste of time and money.

Firstly Binance bought CoinMarketCap…

Firstly Binance bought CoinMarketCap back in 2022, Well CoinMarketCap is blatantly stealing money from people so I complained to the company that owns them and what I was told was that they did buy CoinMarketCap but that platform runs itself and that Binance is not responsible for what they do. ( Thats Total BS), Binance owns the company then they are responsible for the actions of that company. When I informed them that was BS and that they are responsible for the actions, they tried to pull a fast one on me by saying that it must of been Bought by Binance US and not by Binance International, I started to laugh so hard at this. BINANCE JUST DOESNT WANT TO ADMIT THAT YES THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE Binance is getting away with using that platform to steal very large amounts of moiney from people. money from people STAY AWAY FROM BINANCE

They froze my account despite me…

They froze my account despite me completing their virtual verification process. I uploaded my ID live, did the face scan, and still—nothing. My account remained locked.

Then, they had the audacity to ask me to record a video of myself holding my ID, reciting some ridiculous script, and send it via email. Are you serious? This is beyond frustrating.

Avoid this company at all costs. My money and savings are now inaccessible, and they refuse to help.

This company is trying to scam me out…

They only provide chat support and it always says there's a 5 minute wait endlessly. Today I actually got someone online after 20 minutes. Now I'm waiting endlessly for him to respond. The sms account validation is not working and I still can't get into my account after complaining to the Better Business Bureau and having them update my phone number in their system.

I finally got in because the sms messages were blocked at some point and going into some hidden place in my android phone.

That doesn't excuse the system that is not smart enough to tell you what you're actual wait is instead of 5 minutes endlessly. I literally waited maybe an hour in the past and never got support. Then when the guy got in, he was slow as hell. A reply every 5 minutes. That's not good customer service, but at least maybe they're not trying to rip me off and I can get into my account.

When i say horrible fees i mean horrible fees for example if you were to send $40 the fees is $18 compared to coinbase which is below $2 NEVER use binance.us or binance.com USE COINBASE 100X EASIER AND NO HIDDEN FEES!!! Garbage site screw binance as a whole.

Binance US wants you to deposit the money, they want to charge you for every transaction and when you want your money back then you cant have it because hey have to "verify" something? This is insane that a company like this is still operating stealing from people.

Zero customer support

Binance stopped supporting the trade/buy/sell of their own coin BUSD and now I'm stuck with $2000 of unusable crypto. Can't deposit to my bank. Can't trade or convert to another coin. Customer service is nonexistent. You can only try to receive help via chat. The chat is overwhelmed and wont connect you with anyone. Told i'll receive an email when chat is available. Days later i'll receive an email saying someone is available to help me. When i click the link it takes me right back to the original chat with the same message saying they are experiencing too much traffic and someone will email me when they're available. Total joke of a platform.
