As always I got my parts exactly as they were described on the website and faster than expected.
Actually from my POV one of the best bicycle shops around especially when comes to the interface. Really good filters and very easy to find the things you are looking for

So, I placed an order for a handful of different items and everything went smooth at first

Two days after I placed my order I received an email that 2 of the items I requested no longer where in stock, and therefore not would be send - annoying, since they website said plenty on stock, but that's how it is..

A few days later I received the package, and somehow they managed to mess things even more up. I placed an order for a pink bike jersey for my girlfriend, but instead of that I got some black BIB shorts.

I instantly wrote an email to their customer support with pictures and then waited for their feedback. After two days I still haven't got any reply, I therefore called them.
They could only offer me to get my money back, as their customer agent couldn't see any of my desired items being on stuck, although the website clearly says plenty are on stock

Its fair to say that I have placed my last order ever at Bikester, and I can in no way recommend anyone else to shop here. Luckily the internet is full of other good webshops

Ordered a bike 2 weeks later still hasn't arrived. By the looks of it it's on it's way back to Germany, no idea why. Can't get hold of anyone. Customer service is non existent and they use the worst courier service in Austria. Big mistake using them.

Quick, simple and efficient service.

A broken front light was delivered with my new city bike. Still waiting for a response for a solution.

reasonable prices, with lots of discounted items

Bought a full suspension bike some time ago and the size was too big for me.
Asked bikester to return it from Austria and i got the prepaid label.
Easy as that. UPS even arranged to come and pick it from my place.
I was refunded in full no questions asked.
Recommend.
Staff also very polite and helpful.

Just don't buy here!!

Low quality bikes and they don't respond if you need anything or if the bike goes broken

I do not know how they received such good reviews - but they suck they really do! Their service is the worst I ever experienced - I have sent in total 26 MAILS - 26 over 1,5 month. And today I got a reply back what my problem is? are you for real. They said I returned less items then I actually did! so they kept my money! please do not trust this website, only if you want to be handled really rude and have the feeling you are talking to a wall...... it is not worth it!!! please be warned!! worst service I ever experienced from an online shop! and for that money......

Everything is great 👍. Online store is super. The only problem is that there is no shipping to Slowenien. So I had to drive from my house in Maribor-Slovenia to our office in Graz-Österreich.
Otherwise everything top!

Bike arrived with scratches and marks, emailed customer services and haven’t had a resolution for well over a week. Bikester are great for purchasing small items. Be weary of spending big as the service is not great.

Alk went pretty well. I had a problem that some screws were not delivered with a KlickFix mounting bracket. After writing an email after couple of days they have send the whole new part.

Good quality products, fast delivery, packaging could be better.
