Great Overall Experience

We purchase two Ortler Montana E-bikes. There were no surprises — the bikes were well packaged and arrived on time and in perfect condition. The shipping company was also very professional to work with. We have already recommended the bikes and Bikester to friends.

Not that good!

Promised was a Shimano brake system and a Shimano gear shift group - but I got some undefined replica. Also the tires are a no name Chinese product - really bad pair of wheels.
And in the end wasn't send in time.
Cannot recommend you for this!
