Ordered a bike, hat the wrong address for delivery input by GPay automagically, no way to change the order, send a mail literally 5 minutes after ordering.

They send me the bike (to the wrong address) claiming the do not work sundays and they did not see my mail. Now they have my money and are quite relaxed - I am not.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

The Respond was really quick. I thought I wasnt able to get the payment done - but after a quick check up via mail - I got a mail that everything is fine a I will receive my bike in the next days

Keep going from time to time with such hammer deals, so people for whom original price was too high - will get at the end the "bike of the dream"

A minor part arrived damaged, nobody replied to the claim. I also had a question as I did not geht how to adjust the handle and also here no reply until now.

Ordered a E Bike with discount half of the price, got it very quickly, everything good adjusted, Brakes well bleeded.

I ordered 2 bikes last Nov 17,2023, one was delivered and the other is still missing until now. I sent a request to support without any response. I also called the support number and I am suppose to receive an email but still haven't received anything. Customer service is really bad.

Disappointing Experience with Bikester.at

I feel compelled to share my unsatisfactory experience with Bikester.at, hoping to warn others about potential issues with this store.

On October 24, I placed an order with Bikester.at, BAT2614791, expecting to receive my product promptly. Unfortunately, this has not been the case, and I have received no notification regarding the status of my order. After a week of waiting, I decided to reach out to customer service, but to my surprise, I have not received any response.

The complete lack of communication is downright disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, one would expect, at the very least, a confirmation of the order and some information on when to expect the product. The lack of customer service responsiveness is unacceptable and reflects a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.

I want to caution other potential customers about this poor service. It seems that Bikester.at is unable to fulfill even the most basic customer expectations. My advice to others would be to exercise caution when considering a purchase from this store. There are plenty of other reliable online retailers that provide the service a customer deserves.

I hope this review can alert other consumers to potential issues with Bikester.at and encourage them to explore alternative options for their purchases.

I didn’t receive it. Where is my delivery? You didn’t sent it to me.

- ordered a month ago.
- a couple of days after the order, came confirmation of dispatch and tracking number. Until now everything is OK.
- after three weeks nothing arrived.
- question to the DPD where the parcel is.
- answer: Bikester established a tracking number with DPD, but did not deliver the goods.
- Contact with Bikester - just Ticket. No Telephone, no Chat.
- after 5 days no answer.
- I lost 50 euros for bike tires. I can't imagine buying a whole bike from this store.

Order was placed 3 weeks ago - no delivery so far. No information on delivery status 😤

Company is insolvent and still takes orders and your money but doesn't even think about delivering the bike. Worst shopping experience ever. I hope I get my money back.
