Delay and shift the blame

The bike was delayed on the return by 10 days even though I paid through the nose for 2nd day air. BF said it was the bike shops fault. I'm not sure where there's any value in using bike flights. I'll just call UPS myself next time.

My bike was completely destroyed

My bike was completely destroyed. I had it professionally packed and during shipping, the frame was cracked, the box torn apart and multiple parts of the bike were sticking out of the box and got damaged as well.

Not your fault

Not your fault. My bike and a friend's bike arrived in what was described as trashed boxes. No damage to my bike but my friend's bike frame had 2 dents.

Got here fast and perfect shape.

Fast and easy to get shipped. It got here faster than I expected. It was in perfect shape. Price was fair. The insurance maybe a bit high. It would be nice if there was more break down on insurance prices.
