Got here fast and perfect shape.

Fast and easy to get shipped. It got here faster than I expected. It was in perfect shape. Price was fair. The insurance maybe a bit high. It would be nice if there was more break down on insurance prices.

Beware cost increases

The shipment arrived fine, but then I an email that an extra $131 would be charged because the dimensions of the box were 1 inch greater than j specified., more than doubling the cost of the shipment I disputed this and provided pictures showing the dimensions I had were correct. Michael (who was replying to me) ignored the pictures I sent, snd kept replying with a csnned response.

Definitely feels like this company offers great estimates thrn drastically increases the cost afterwards.

Additional charges can occur when the carrier's audited dimensions or weight differ from what was entered when the shipment was booked. These audits are performed by the carrier after a package enters their network and can result in adjustments when discrepancies are found.

We also apologize that our responses came across as canned or that it seemed the photos you submitted weren't being considered. That's certainly not the experience we want to provide. We review the documentation customers send as part of our investigation, but we understand how frustrating it is if our communication doesn't make that clear.

I used one of the shops recommended and…

I used one of the shops recommended and labeled on your site to pack and ship the bike - they provided the box dimensions and weight which I used when booking the shipment. After the bike delivered I received a notification that I was being charged extra because the info provided was off a bit. This feels like a scam to charge more money. I have sharing this with members of my bike club and that I don’t recommend your service

The Bikeflights team fixed UPS' stumble :)

The Bikeflights personnel stepped in actively when the UPS driver inexplicably failed to even ring the doorbell on the first delivery attempt, even though someone was in the apartment at the time! Once the situation was escalated, we got the delivery on a Saturday, which I think was due to some polite arm-twisting from Bikeflights because originally we were going to have to wait until Monday.

This was our first time using…

This was our first time using BikeFlights and we had a very good experience. Being that it was the first time, we had lots of questions and logistics to sort through. Brenna and Fischer were so patient and helpful - they really made the experience great. Bikes arrived home quickly and safely - phew!

10/10 Service!

10/10. You get what you pay for! I reviewed several options to get my ebike from CA to GA, and went with what felt like the “turn-key” option. I got the Large box from you, it shipped quickly, and I love it included everything needed. Booking the shipping was easy, loved the communication, and the UPS pickup option. It only took 5 days to get my bike. It wasn’t cheap for an ebike, but I am glad I went with you all.

Nice way for UT students to send their bike

I went to a bike shop students said was the best, Austin tri cylists, and there were - friendly attentive staff, and they facilitated shipping my bike. They boxed it up and all I had to do was get the shipping label from Bikeflights. Bikeflights picked the bike up from Austin tri cylists and my daughter got the bike in Denver in 2 days! Really grateful.

I dropped my bike off

I dropped my bike off. Wednesday afternoon. In Myrtle Beach SC. It was delivered to Deland, Florida. Friday morning. It was the best exceptional service. That I could even possibly have imagined. Everything arrived. Perfect condition. And I couldn't be happier with the service. From bike flights.

Great price and service!!

Instructions were very clear on how to pack etc. and pickup was smooth!! You can easily insure your bike and schedule a pickup if needed. The price was discounted to about $250, that was great!! Better than shipping via FedEx or UPS, it would have been closer to $800. The delivery went well, it was delivered week after week shipped it!
