So easy and affordable!

Bikeflights made it so easy to ship my bike and waaay more reasonable. The communications I received along the way from Bikeflights were super useful and timely. Would definitely recommend!

The box showed up trashed with major…

The box showed up trashed with major holes/rips (receiving REI store took pix). I haven’t ridden it yet and it seems ok, but very disappointed in condition of box upon arrival.

Real customer service

I've used Bikeflights quite often and they've been great to work with every time. In this latest instance I had a last second change to my plan and they were able to pivot in real time and help out. Very impressive customer service. My bike got to its destination with no problems.

1/2 the shipping cost

For whatever reason it was 1/2 the price to ship my bike with bike flights vs. shipping it via UPS myself. I literally dropped it off at the same place, in the same box, on the same day as I was going to previously. BFs shipping deals are for real. Lots of updates along the way. Would rec.

I was very pleased with e service you…

I was very pleased with e service you offer. Unfortunately, I understand that that shipment would cost $78, but in the end I was billed $128. The looks like a bad way to do business!

It was great

It was great. I appreciated a company who could cut through the crap the shippers were slinging and for a reasonable amount of money, actually ship the bike. The bit got there early, undamaged but also legally.

Poor condition of package at arrival …

Everything was smooth and acceptable except the condition of the contents at delivery. The package was reinforced but arrived damaged with the contents exposed and damaged. The recipient accepted it as delivered and completed necessary repairs.
