Price agreed with Matt on the phone and funds transferred within minutes. Ownership transfer all taken care of too. No hidden fees or dramas.

Contacted big moto on the Thursday with reg of bike got a price which was better than most was happy to sell my bike couple of emails later with pictures and bike was picked up on the Sunday after a quick inspection money was in my bank and bike gone would use again if I had to

Very easy making a purchase today. Was allowed to look around with no hassle. When I asked to look at a bike I was promptly serviced by a member of staff that talked me through. After changing my mind several times I was directed to a bike that suited my remit. Clare sorted me a deal we quickly shook on , both parties happy.

After submitting all required photos and copies of relevant documents it was confirmed very quickly that the bike would be accepted and collected. The collection company arrived when agreed and after a detailed inspection a phone call confirmed the original offer would stand. Payment was in my account in minutes and the bike taken. actually fairly stress free experience, they made an offer (obviously I wanted more) so the buyer I spoke to, made a slightly better deal with me. I decided to accept it and a collection was arranged. The collection guy arrived bang on time, checked the bike over and the money was in my bank within a few mins of the deal being completed, I would certainly consider using them again for this kind of situation!

The rep I dealt with Tom was really helpful. He wasn't hounding me like several other companies proper sound guy knows what he is talking about and didnt hang about when id made my decision thanks tom ..

Just purchased my new motorbike with Bigmoto great guys definitely use again

Not great, Paid deposit for a bike to be taken of sale and then given the portal to keep progress of the bike.
paid the bike amount.
Firstly it had been taking a while and the app said waiting on parts then when i rang they said it needed a new tyre/battery/fork seals, so waited for that to be done then another 2 weeks later it went in for MOT and failed on wheel bearings so again waiting on parts.
It had taken over 3 weeks to receive the bike and when it came there was no new tyre no new battery and still not sure about the seals.
The bike has had a new wheel bearing but they never put it back in for mot after the work so i received the bike with 2 month MOT.
I don't think they should be selling bikes that are not ready for sale and should at least do a re-test as it would have been free anyway.
There was other issues also, the bike is a great bike but now i need to book it in for an MOT.
Only positive is the delivery company they use SOS are great.
