The order arrived fast, the blouse color is beautiful, the confection is of good quality.

I can't believe how bad the quality and size are! DON’T BUY IT!!! I’ve tried to return mine and have already emailed them more than five times without any response. How is it possible to return something in 30 days if the customer service is so bad? And if that isn't enough, you have to pay 20 euros to send it back. The biggest scam ever!

If I could give zero stars I would. Would absolutely not buy again. This product feels cheap like it’s going to break any second. The plus size products, you can tell, were not made with plus sized bodies in mind. These brands need to start testing their products and all the sizes they offer on ALL sized bodies. My body is plus sized but i am tall, so I still hold a generally lean figure as to other people in my size who have more curves and it STILL doesn’t fit me. This brand is definitely not inclusive to all body shapes and sizes. Wish I never wasted my money on this product.

I am extremely disappointed with the false advertisement. Swimsuit top string was not long enough to achieve advertised ”look”.

Was emailing back for three weeks with customer service, until was finally sent a prepaid label I had to pay for myself which is $20. Check the return policy beforehand they do not offer free returns, even if the product is not as advertised like in my experience.

Was even offered a full refund if I left a positive review!!

I did not use the swimsuit, so could not test it out.
In other “ real” customer reviews I did see and read that it is false advertisement, and DOES leave
tan lines.

I think I learned my lesson never buy random stuff on social media platforms.

Positive experience overall. The bathing suit was too small, so keep in mind as you order that they seem to run small. Customer service was friendly and timely.

Honestly, I love the concept of a no tan bikini. I am in a lot of weddings this summer with many different neck lines and the only way I can get away with all of them without the tan lines was this! The only issue I have is that I am not 20 years old anymore and do not have perky breasts like I used to so the thin fabric/thin straps are not flattering for my body personally. However, the customer service is amazing and this is a perfect swim suit for when you are just wanting to layout in the sun alone at home, which is what I will be using this for. I look forward to getting rid of these tan lines 😍

Although the swimsuit were smaller than expected and didn’t fit me well, I found the costumer service to be very kind and helpful and very responsive. I really appreciated the solutions they offered and all their help. I would recommend to friends

I will say my bathing suit came rather quick. Unfortunately, my top was too small and I need to return it. I reached out to their email and received a reply back same day. They have offered me a full refund so that I could get the desired style I'd like. I will be buying from them again. The quality of the bathing suit was well made and very flattering. My boyfriend enjoyed the bottoms ;)

I love the material of the bathing suit but I needed a different size than I thought I did. I reached out to their office, where they were understanding and offered a full refund so I can get the new size needed.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with BetterTanSwim.com. Their return policies are absolutely abysmal. I tried to return an item, and not only did no one respond to my inquiries in a timely manner, but when they finally did, they only offered a 50% refund. This is completely unacceptable! The product I received looked nothing like the pictures on their website and was of very low quality for the price. Their customer service is practically non-existent. I highly advise everyone to stay far, far away from this company. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. BetterTanSwim.com is not worth your time or money.

Haven’t been able to wear my suit out yet, but the bottoms run really small. I’m typically a size 10 but I am trying to return my XL bottom for XXL. Get a dark one with patterns otherwise too see thru. The returns are kind of silly, they don’t easily provide you with an option, and just want to give you 50% back for you to keep a piece that doesn’t fit. Like…no, I just want to return it. So here I am having to write this review so I can get the right size. I’m definitely bummed, but my fault for impulse shopping

Quick shipment, very responsive customer service & quality product!!

When ordering my swimsuit from BetterTan, I accidentally put in the wrong address for it to be shipped to. While being worried I wouldn’t get a refund/re-order, BetterTan expressed to me their concern and got back to me with a solution. I think BetterTan is a trust worthy company and the fact that they care this much speaks volumes.

Good customer service. A bit see through but nice style.

Great concept and sexy silhouettes. It is a bit see-thru so I’m not keeping it. I had to follow up a couple times with customer service but they responded in a positive way.

The concept is great, but the top was waaaaayyyy too small and the return policy is not ideal, however customer service was able to fix my issues.

Absolutely terrible don’t waste your time and money. They offer no return option and they never reply back to you. They sent one misleading email after sending them 8 emails trying to get a refund. The swimsuits are all see through so you will never be able to wear them in public without showing everyone your goods. Terrible quality I minds well just be naked on the beach their bathing suit material is two see through materials sowed together. They don’t even have a phone number to call costumer service I will never use another company that doesn’t have a number to call. I wasted $200 on this crap if I could give the 0 stars I would.

This company knows how to give you a great tan with no tan lines. Amazing idea! Makes you look stunning!
