these people are big time fruad first they try for kyc they think everyone cannot complete so they can take your money my got completed in 3 weeks because they asked for too many things after that they blocked my account and are not paying my 6500$ win and just blocked my account and no reply on mail as well dont trust them

I should say after many other big deposits that did work.. they have also done withdrawal with no problem.. now i use pay id and it takes the money.. cassino wont give..

Uncredited 80 USDT Deposit and Missing Memo Information

I am writing this review because I believe potential customers should be aware of an issue I experienced with a Bets.io cryptocurrency deposit.

I deposited 80 USDT using the TON network to the deposit address provided by Bets.io.

The important issue is that the Bets.io deposit page I was shown did not provide a memo, tag, destination tag, or comment, nor did it instruct me that I needed to enter one. I have screenshots of the actual deposit page showing the information that was provided to me.

After making the deposit, my funds were not credited. Bets.io subsequently told me that the transaction had no required tag/memo and that this was the reason the deposit was not credited. I have now been waiting for around three days.

What I find particularly concerning is that I was never given the alleged required tag in the first place.

If a memo/tag is essential for identifying customer deposits, I believe that requirement should be clearly displayed on the deposit page before a customer sends money. Customers should not be expected to know or guess an additional identifier that the deposit interface does not provide.

I was also told that the deposit may be too small to recover. I understand that recovery procedures may have costs, but 80 USDT is not insignificant to me. It is hard-earned money, and I made the deposit in good faith using the instructions provided by the website.

My question is: Why should the customer bear the entire loss when the information allegedly required to make the deposit correctly was not displayed on the deposit page?

I am not claiming that the blockchain transaction does not exist. The transaction can be verified on-chain. My concern is that Bets.io received a deposit to the address they provided, but is now saying it cannot be credited because of an identifier that their deposit page did not provide.

I hope Bets.io will properly investigate this matter, review the deposit interface shown to customers, and find a way to manually identify and credit the transaction.

I am posting this because I believe customers should have complete and accurate deposit instructions before sending cryptocurrency, and because I would like an independent platform such as Trustpilot to be aware of the situation.

I beg you, for heaven's sake, never make a deposit on this scam site I'm just telling you about my life that I created an account on this platform. I made a deposit of 37 USDT, I placed a bet and lost 7 USDT I decided to withdraw my remaining 30 USDT. They asked me to complete a lot of verifications, and I did everything they asked.Finally, I tried to withdraw 30 USDT, but the site blocked it, claiming I had created more than one account. I swear on my life that I only have one account on the site. I've asked them for proof that I have more than one account, and to this day they are unable to send it to me. It's truly pathetic when a website scams a customer out of 30 USDT

My account was restricted for approximately 8–10 weeks, preventing me from accessing and withdrawing my money.

Initially, I was led to believe that I had done something prohibited. Bets.io later changed its explanation and said that the restriction was caused by a temporary technical problem involving one of its providers. After weeks without a proper resolution and numerous public complaints, I was then told that I had breached the Terms and Conditions.

I repeatedly asked which specific rule I had allegedly broken. I had not used any bonuses or placed bets on obscure or suspicious events. My betting activity involved normal, major football competitions such as the Champions League and other major European tournaments.

After I challenged their accusation, my account was suddenly reopened the following day.

I then requested the withdrawal of approximately £1,200 belonging to me. I was told that my withdrawal would only be processed after I removed my complaints and comments from Trustpilot, X/Twitter, Instagram and Casino Guru. I felt that I had no genuine choice because they were holding my money. Only after I removed the posts was my withdrawal approved.

In my opinion, access to a customer’s own funds should never depend on deleting legitimate public criticism.

This review describes my personal experience. I have retained emails, screenshots and copies documenting the entire sequence of events, including the different explanations, the account restriction and the messages concerning removal of my reviews. I am prepared to provide this evidence to Trustpilot or any relevant authority if requested.

Bets.io Confiscated My Winnings Over a Tiny Technicality

I had a very disappointing experience with Bets.io and feel other players should be aware of how they handle bonus winnings.

I claimed a deposit bonus and completed the wagering requirements. During the wagering period, I placed what I believed were compliant bets of approximately $2 each. The bonus terms stated a maximum bet of 0.001 ETH. Because cryptocurrency prices fluctuate, some of my wagers apparently exceeded that ETH-denominated limit by a very small amount when converted.

After successfully completing the wagering requirements and building up a withdrawable balance, Bets.io removed all winnings from my account and informed me that I had violated the maximum bet rule. When I asked them to identify the specific wagers that violated the rule, they refused to provide any details beyond repeating that the adjustment was correct.

What frustrates me most is that:

* The alleged violations represented only a small portion of my overall wagering activity.
