i’ve been using Bets.io mainly for sports betting, and overall it’s a solid platform. I really like that they have more than just the basic markets – you can bet on corners, cards, even who scores the first goal, which makes it more exciting. The combo boost on parlays is also a nice touch, payouts get noticeably higher.

On the downside, live streams are kind of limited – you only get them after making a deposit, and even then most of the streams are for esports, not the big football or basketball matches. Also, there’s no bet builder, which would have been very convenient.

Still, the odds are competitive, margins are low, and the site feels smooth. For me, it’s a good place to bet, just not perfect yet.

It's a terrible company. They don't give you bonuses. You have to remind them every time. They throw errors on the bonus code. Then you have to trade what belongs to you. They give you a bonus. Or they ask you to make a new deposit so that they can credit you with the bonus. Don't deposit money with them for nothing. They won't even give you profits.

1. They claim that you have played with higher stakes on a bonus in order not to pay out winnings. When you ask them to show the history, and you can prove them wrong, they play a “triangle game” with you, asking you to submit all your information according to GDPR regulations. After you complete this entire process, it doesn’t end there – they start over again and again until they try to wear you down. But if you don’t give up, they come up with excuse after excuse. Even when you have met their demands 100 times more than required, they still claim they cannot provide the play history. I have everything in writing, and they are fully aware that they are 100% wrong, yet they don’t care!
2. They run such a dirty psychological game – replying maybe once a week just to wear you down until you give up. I can clearly see I am not alone in experiencing this from this casino and the unprofessional people behind it!
3. I personally will go after them until I have destroyed their illegal operations. And to everyone reading this: if you have a little courage, take five minutes of your time and write everything about this company on all social media! If you think nothing will happen to you because you stay silent, you will be alone tomorrow if something happens. Stand up for each other – companies like this and the people behind them should not take away anyone’s rights!

Scam casino when i deposit around 500€ and win 2500€ They started telling me that I violated the rules of some bonus from which I withdraw about €5 and therefore I am not entitled to the winnings even though I was on my own the whole time. Please avoid this, you can only lose, you will never get the winnings.

Despite no breach of terms, Bets.io blocked my account and withheld winnings, claiming “advantage play” — yet never provided any evidence to support this.

They ignored over 10 direct emails, never formally notified me of the account block, and completely disregarded the official recommendation from Casino Guru (ADR platform), who reviewed the case and concluded that my winnings should be paid out regardless of suspicion, as per standard industry practice.

Casino Guru:
• Penalised Bets.io with 2,818 black points (a severe negative impact on their reputation)
• Marked the complaint as “Unresolved” due to the casino’s total silence and failure to engage
• Confirmed that I acted fairly and highlighted the importance of honoring legitimate wins, even in cases of suspected strategy play

Bets.io previously stated that my withdrawal would be processed as a “gesture of goodwill” — then silently retracted that with no explanation, no follow-up, and no accountability.

I have since:
• Escalated the matter publicly across gambling forums and player advocacy sites
• Contacted Iconic21, the game provider, to inform them that their content is being used by an operator refusing to pay out verified wins
• Continued to raise awareness among the crypto and online gambling communities

This is a clear case of a player being mistreated and silenced after winning. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for independent dispute resolution processes speaks volumes. The public pressure will continue to grow until this is made right.

EDIT 31.07.2025:

Following the initial review, Bets.io has responded publicly requesting “more information.” This is misleading and clearly a delay tactic, as the full details of this case have been sent to them via email numerous times, and they have refused to respond or engage meaningfully.

It’s also important to note that senior management at Iconic21 — the provider of the games involved — have been contacted directly, with the matter now escalated to their Head of Compliance and CCO. I will continue to escalate and publish this across all appropriate channels until Bets.io honours the payout I am rightfully owed.

Edit – Response to Bets.io’s latest public statement

Bets.io’s reply is as disappointing as it is misleading.
They claim I was “explicitly warned” and that “same gameplay” continued — this is entirely false. No such activity took place, and they have provided zero evidence to support these allegations, either to me, to Casino Guru, or in any public forum.

The reality is simple:
• Casino Guru — a respected ADR — investigated and marked this complaint as unresolved due to Bets.io’s complete refusal to engage or provide proof, awarding them the maximum black-point penalty.
• Iconic21, the game provider, has been contacted and made aware of the situation.
• The casino has ignored multiple direct communications and has opted instead to hide behind vague accusations while keeping winnings that were rightfully won.

This behaviour is deeply damaging to the wider iGaming industry. It shows zero regard for player rights, transparency, or the principles of fair play they claim to uphold. Their “final decision” is nothing more than an attempt to avoid responsibility while hoping the matter fades away.

It will not.
The facts, the refusal to cooperate, and the public documentation of this case will remain available to ensure others avoid making the same mistake of trusting Bets.io.

Scam, deposited funds and nothing happened. Chose USDC, nothing was written about preferable network during deposit and money just gone. Don’t use this service, support says that problem be solved, but after few hours I got answer that selected network wasn’t mentioned in terms and conditions while deposit window pops-up automatically if you have no balance 🤡

Should you trust bets.io? The simple answer is definitely not. They are scammers. I won the bet during the match ... I saw the ticker showing the money being cashed out. A few minutes later the score changed and they decided that I lost the bet. So they are either a con artists or their systems are not very good. Either way not a good betting site. I would not trust them again with my money for sure.

SCAM. NO PAID

I’ve been a loyal player and even a VIP at Bets.io, and this is the first time I feel truly disappointed with the service. I requested a withdrawal of 1,000 USDT on July 3rd, 2025, which is a relatively small amount compared to my previous withdrawal of 10,000 USDT that was processed without issue.

No real updates. No clarity. Just the same copy-paste replies.

They are holding my money hostage. I submitted a withdrawal request 3 days ago, and I still haven’t received anything. Their customer support keeps replying with the same useless line:
“Take a rest, we’ll get back to you soon.”
But guess what? I’m still waiting. Nothing.

This is not a legit operation. Real casinos don’t delay withdrawals like this. This whole site feels like a trap designed to stall you until you give up.

They deducted 1,100 USDT, locked my account, and refused to pay.

I won a total of 1,100 USDT, then they suddenly takeall my winnings, locked my account, and claimed I used “prohibited strategies.” When I asked for details, they pointed to vague anti-fraud clauses (Section 6 & 11), which basically mean they can take your money based on suspicion alone, without proof or explanation.

They’ve made it clear they will not pay me back. So don’t be fooled whichthis platform can take your money anytime you win. Avoid this scam site.

I am a real and legit person as I have verify my account. Pay attention guys BETS.IO is a scam crypto casino website. I was deposit the first one 400 usdt and lost all of it after 20mins. After that I deposit another 400 usdt again and I won 1456usdt (up 1056 usdt). So when I try to withdrawals, they hold my money for 5 days and until today I receive an email from my VIP assistant which he state that I got 1056 usdt deducted due to PROHIBITED STRATEGIES =)))))))))))))))).
