My experience thus far has been a 100% loss rate over the last 4 weeks while playing in their casino! I understand it's called gambling for a reason but let's be honest, anyone would expect to win at least $100 at some point after depositing $2,000! The last $250 I've not even gotten a bonus round and I've tried wagering .20 cents up to $2 a spin.... yet nada. Tonight I'm gonna try 1 more trial run by doing 20 spins @ $5 spin. If it's the same old same then I'll be requesting an account deletion

Bet Rivers is a losing app I lose money on here all of the time u only get the money u put in please don’t waste your time on this app the people are very rude u don’t get any free bonus money I have gotten any in weeks and I let them know that then they gave me 20 bucks smh this place need to be sued I can’t wait because they are robbing people on a daily base.

They take your deposits no issues. I won $800 on a slot, they needed passport, cancelled check, bank statement, selfie…I was waiting for them to request a blood and urine sample. This is a very, very, shady and intrusive company. I would not be surprised if I start seeing fraudulent charges in my bank account. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR BETRIVERS.COM

This goes out to all customers BetRivers uses a company named Trustly for deposits and withdrawals customer beware. On April 21, 2025 in the evening I checked my email and there were 21 deposits attempts totaling $615 dollars all from BetRivers. I reported this to BetRivers and they said they would look into this matter they came back with a statement and in that statement they made a response of saying that someone inside my home probably had access to my account when it’s only me and my toddler son. So I had the gaming commission look into this and they came back with the same response. So I replied to Trustly that handles the payments for BetRivers and they responded with a bunch of of deposits on the day in question and I looked into myself and noticed in my bank statements that no of the deposits matched my bank account. Please be aware of this fraudulent activity and also keep in mind that Trustly is a company located in Sweden. 🚨🚨🚨🚨

It’s been 3 weeks my game froze on me while I was on a bonus game winning 550 then I had 7 free games . It never let me have the 7 free games now my 550 .00 . I keep calling and the live chat is a joke . I even took a screenshot of it and forwarded it to them .

Worst company ever wont let you withdraw without doing a bunch of secuirty measures why would you let someone deposit but not withdraw just proves they just want to rob you customer service sucks they dont help anyhting. I am so disappointed in Bet Rivers. Customer service is terrible and non-existent. Your chat is a complete joke. You can never get an Agent, ever. Chat is just an endless circle that gets you nowhere. If you call the phone number, no one ever answers. If you leave a call back number nobody ever calls you back. I don't even get a bonus for my Birthday. I'm just disappointed in this Pennsylvania Casino.

Sorry to hear everyone has had bad experience but I deposited 20.00 at the betrivers delware park and bet 1.35 on Mayan chief and hit 224 free spins won almost 800.00 then increased bet to 6.75 and work. 200 free spins by time done had almost 300 free spins and 2689.00 cashed out immediately to my PayPal and sent right to my bank

Scam stay away! Offers promos to lure you into using their app. Do not uphold promos no bonus bet issued! Contacted their customer service rep named Rei offered no help other than telling me I did not click on the offer even though I used their popup! Rei didn’t even offer to give me my $10 bonus bet! Will never use this app again! Bet 365 or Mgm is so much better!!

I’ve played literal thousands and have never came close to winning anything! You win very little on small bets but as soon as you bet up you lose. Then if you start to win or hit a bonus the app will suddenly reload and then when you open game back up you instantly lose like instantly! And it does this literally every single time you hit the bonus! And also I figured out today that when I load the app n start to play BetRivers my phone begins to heat up becoming extremely hot to the touch and when I close the app my phone cools right down, I get on other online casinos and my phone never gets hot! Played Texas holdem against the house, the house should not have the advantage, but somehow they do to the tune of 70- 80 percent house wins.
I have watched and recorded for several weeks, and it is time and time again, I can almost tell you what cards we will get. I don't know how but can only guess that the shuffle machine has something to do with it, as I have witnessed the dealer looking hard at the deck and picking the right spot to cut. It is impossible for them to hit that often, over and over and over. It gets better, when we hit 3 of a kind dealer does as well let's say we get 3 Queens dealer does also but always with a higher kicker. When we get a straight, dealer gets a higher straight or flush. This company needs to be investagetd, (now)

My entire goal is to survive more than a minute thirty seconds on 50 or 100 bucks. Deposit, gone. Poof. No matter what machine, its all the same..Very Bad. It is Not fun, it is Not enjoyable.
