After losing thousands of dollars at this site, I came back a few months later, and they reduced my betting limits drastically! I was placing four hundred five hundred dollar bets back then, and now I can't bet anything over twenty five dollars! WTF

Stay far away and don’t gamble here. The site does pay quickly which was great but over a year of playing here, excited and looking for a regulated site to play on here in DE, it never happened. They just take your money and if you do win it will be small, and then they just take it back QUICKLY! The slots are tight, poker is a joke and the river card almost always comes so if you do play make sure you get it in with the worst hand because you will hit. They will provide bonus money but again they just take it back through their games. It just felt like a scam and I wish the State of DE would review this site. I love to gamble and have play at many sights online and at live casinos all over the US, and BetRivers is one of the worst I’ve associated with. I understand gambling is a losing venture but this is beyond losing, it borders on thief. Just my personal opinion…..best of luck!

They practice predatory gambling on everyone and their "Hosts" pretend that they are your friend. Once you run out of money, they don't know you. Daniel Birdsall was my VIP Host. It's not a matter of gambling and losing. It's the Bet Rivers manipulates their casino games to provide the lowest possible payouts. The patterns on the game are the same during the same time of day. The payouts are based on the amount you spend and not random at all. They will tell you they are regulated but the state's don't monitor what they do with the programming of their games. The state's only regulate the games you'll find on this app/site but they are the same games found on all the apps/sites. What BerRivers does is program them to the lowest payouts and manipulates.

First time customer, and I enrolled under the first time player CASINOBACK which say you can recoup your lost within the first 24 hours. It's been 48 hours and still nothing. When I call the 800 number it says all agents are busy and the best way to reach out is the Live Chat, Then it automatically hangs up. As far as the Live Chat, I can't find it anywhere on the app.
I don't recommend Bet Rivers to my worst enemy But I do recommend Fanatics Sports, they get it and uphold all they Advertise.

Please, please please, ANYONE using or thinking of using Betrivers..Please stay far away! I've had the worst experience and the issue is not over yet! Ask me how long it's been? Over 2 years! Betrivers is a total joke, and I cannot believe I even I entertained the idea of using their site to gamble. This was the worst decision of my life and Betrivers refuses to pay me money back my ID expired, and I cannot get new ID. Even though I've verified numerous times and used the website/deposited/withdrew numerous times without issues. Just suddenly, a week after my ID expires and I put a withdrawal..that it is denied. I've complained, and since they've locked my account with NO explanation, no email, nothing. This is over a $182 payment they refuse to let me have. Even though I've offered ALL sorts of avenues of ID, bank statement, & other options so they can identify me or identify this would be my bank.

I play online gambling a lot. While it is normal to go on winning and losing streaks, Betrivers is by far the WORST with odds. You can literally lose hundreds to thousands of dollars and only win a handful of times VERY small bonuses. I think that they must be struggling financially compared to other online gambling sites and really tighten up their games. Take your money elsewhere. This is supposed to be fun. It isn't fun if the casino doesn't allow for anyone to win.

Twice I purchased a free bonus game and halfway through a glitch happens and I get no payout I go to customer service sorry about your luck they won't refund my money pay $20 for a free bonus didn't make any money off it because the game froze halfway through sorry about your 20 bucks,, won't be back! Awful customer service! Absolutely crappy service wouldn't put another dollar in this casino!

they have free bingo and trivia which is fun but half the time the mods ruin it by picking favorites and not being consistent with how they judge the trivia wins. Also, sometimes they will accept a barely misspelled answer and other times they will not. They sometimes talk in chat with passive aggressive comments and they like to stir up drama between the chatters. They will also ban you if you win too much. Also, their customer service sucks and they blame the player most time

I tried to withdraw $350 day before yesterday. Still haven't seen anything. I used my Venmo debit card, which they say on the website that the turnaround is within a few minutes. I don't know what kid of clock they're using, but they can suck mine.

I wrote a review yesterday. Still same issues. Apparently I'm waiting for this email that will cure world hunger. My accts been locked for a week. Right when I started to win that's when they ask for all my identification, which I sent in with a selfie. Been waiting a week with 500 in my acct,but mind you they let me deposit 1300 np problem. I contact live chat and nysupport and I get the same generic responses. In this day and age they can't verify an acct in a timely manner. They basically tell me to gfms and they know there is nothing i can do. Im about to go to their offices and demand getting some answers. I dont even care if I get arrested, I'm suing this site and I'm sure there will be many more to follow. Disgraceful, they treat you like a criminal. I will be posting a review every day until this is resolved because contacting live chat is a joke.
