Good company to deal with
We had some difficulty with our phones when making the payment for the policy. The lady at Bennetts was so patient with us and very helpful in resolving this issue so there was a happy ending. She really went above and beyond. The price of the policy is very good. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

No loyalty to loyal customers
I've been with your company for over ten years OK! every year we get a slight increase in premium but nothing drastic and a quick call normally sorts out the problem and the insurance comes down on average £50 everyone's happy job done
This year that slight increase has risen from £300 to over £450 not slight but a dramatic lunge two footed tackle that VAR needs a second look
I went to MCN compare and even then you beat your quote by saying it would cost £665 unsure if your computer has taken LSD or some comparable drug but it didn't raise a smile for me so I've swapped to another company that is over £300 cheaper with the same level if not bettered cover
You wish to keep loyal customers then be loyal to them don't think stupid and inane quotes will be met with 'Oh just tick the box' reactions and if you don't want clean licensed 44 year riding experienced with one accident to their name riders on your books just send us the email with an explanation attached and people will often just turn the page to a more reliable company....first bad experience with Bennetts but why would you do this....anyway been a pleasure now adios
