Amazing experience

Very easy to book appointment on the app. Doctor called on time.i had Dr Shelby, He was very nice listened to everything and talked me through anything I questioned.

I recommend Benenden Health to all my friends. Very competitively prices and excellent service when needed. The GP reference service is particularly useful at weekends when no access to my own GP.

Don't know the point of beneden I…

Don't know the point of beneden I arranged a telephone appointment as i am worried about a lump on my arm and it is impossible to see go, get an app with my doc. Thought I would be able to see someone through beneden, thought that was what I was paying for. No I was told to see my GP as they could not do anything not could they refer me to specialist. Why am I paying for beneden?? Going to see a private GP instead.

Benenden are amazing

Benenden are amazing. For a small monthly subscription we receive many benefits but notably the 24/7 GP service which is simply so much easier and quicker than using our own GP.

Carple Tunnel Operation

The service given bt the consultant, his staff and the hospital was first rate. They were constrsint by the servive that Benenden has as they could only use one hospital for the operation which delayed the final service.
However the Spire hosital staff and facilities were first rate.

Excellent service

The whole process from the initial enquiry to treatment was excellent and exceeded all my expectations.
I had no issues with the process.
It was timely and professional.
Staff were very friendly and courteous and I was well informed throughout the whole procedure.

In Out Job Done!

I've been with Benenden Health Care for over 21yrs. It's a joint membership and we have only used their services a few times. When we have used it its been brilliant and so easy to use. When I tell people the process they say "Sounds complicated or long winded" but I tell them that you soon get used to the system and it becomes second nature. My last use only took 24hrs to see the consultant. The offer of an operation was within two weeks. Great service and very pleased with the result.
