I do not recommend 24/7 GP service for…
I do not recommend 24/7 GP service for customers in Northern Ireland. Our prescriptions are free but we are forced to pay for medicine prescribed and the online delivery. Unlike other areas in GB we are not offered the facility to have a prescription sent to our GP for collection thus ensuring our legislated free precription service is fully observed.

I was referred quickly to a consultant…
I was referred quickly to a consultant who was able to diagnose what was wrong with me immediately. He arranged for procedures to confirm and medicine in the meantime. Everything was really quick and easy.

Had been on the waiting list for NHS…
Had been on the waiting list for NHS for 4 years and decided to try Benenton as I have been paying into it long before that. Benenton was so easy to use from start to finish. Everything was easily explained and easy to follow the whole process. Hardly any waiting times and and had carpal tunnel in both hands operated on within 6 months

Gave me fast track to my GP
It was very difficult to speak to my own GP, I was getting put through to a paramedic or a nurse practitioner on most occasions. Although these people are very professional. I felt I needed more. It was very easy to speak to my Benenden GP who conveyed very well my concerns to my Doctor. I got an appointment 2 days later and diagnosed a condition not previously found.
