Very reasonable fridge/freezer and…
Very reasonable fridge/freezer and lovely the space in the fridge. I went from a 60/40 as I struggled with too little fridge space and this 70/30 is great. Good salad drawer and so far everything fits perfectly. The freezer drawers are quite lightweight so I have to be careful not to pull them out too far but very happy.

The fridge freezer is working well although there is a little ice buildup even on the warmest setting. It is just big enough for a couple but for serious cooks or a family, it just wouldn't be big enough. Having said that, integrated appliances do tend to be smaller.

If I could give zero stars I would!
My Beko Washing machine broke down last week - waited for an engineer to come, he said he'd ordered the spare part online in my kitchen before he went.
The next day I went online to check the status of the repair and the part is out of stock. It's taken me several days to get through to anyone and when I finally did this morning, I was told the spare part is due in on the 17th August! I asked to speak to someone to escalate this issue and after being on hold several minutes I was disconnected and now I can't get back through to speak to anyone as the system is rejecting calls.
From the start this has been a stressful situation with appalling customer service. I've explained several times that I have children with additional needs, it's the Summer school break so I a working washing machine is vital for me. I know that if arts are out of stock then they're out of stock but the customer service is appallingly bad. If the part does come in on 17th, I don't know when they will schedule an engineer and it'll mean over a month without a washing machine. I live rurally so I need a way to wash our clothes! I won't be buying Beko again and I'd love to speak to someone but that's obviously too difficult for them!

More info would have been useful!
There didn’t seem to be any information about the cleaning toggle at the back of the fridge and how it needed to be removed . I phoned a customer helpline and the lady helpfully talked me through how by not removing this toggle it would keep the fridge temperature too warm . Other than that , pleased with the fridge/freezer our 2nd of its kind from Beko.

Regarding the Beko freezer
Regarding the Beko freezer, it’s exactly what I wanted. Very useful to have two shelves at the top as well as the drawers.
Delivery team excellent, text message to tell me they were on the way about 20 mins before they arrived, unpacking and taking away all the packaging along with my old freezer.

Love the fridge freezer one thing missing extra shelf in fridge been on on Beko sites doesn’t recognise serial number lost can’t get extra shelf help? Freezer drawers great big fit loads no hidden slopes in them fridge light at top so light at every door opening can place items were you want no hides light
