This is my second beko washing machine. My old one last 10 years and need to be replace. I like everything about my new machine, the clothes are cleaned nicely,it runs lots of programmes that are suitable for everything I need.

Decorated kitchen and wanted a white fridge freezer with frost free option. Old fridge was Beko still working after 25 years but the wrong colour (silver). So decided to purchase another Beko as the brand had proved it's reliability.

Easy to operate, quite and efficient.

Only spun a couple of times, does not work, sent an engineer out, they said it was due to the way i was loading it???? awful, in the garage now un-used bought a hotpoint that works perfectly

Our freezer is absolutely perfect exactly as described and would recommend this freezer

I am very happy with the product and Price is very competitive.

All good so far. A small hiccup from the off but dealt with very well. Good customer service, engineer arrived 5 mins early and problem sorted quickly and efficiently.

I got my new hob at the beginning of June and it is now not working. Am waiting for an engineer to come to hopefully fix it on Wednesday this week.

Good valve for money easy to use

Fantastic Machine, very quiet, cleans very well, Drum Clean function is that good it even cleaned our outside grid to the degree that the water in the drain was crystal clear, great value for the price paid.

I was reluctant to go for the fridge freezer as the reputation wasn't great. The sales person at wren asked me to give it a try as he personally recommends them. We did and its brilliant. Nothing i don't like about it and it's better than my old one by far. Converted and happy, would definitely recommend!

I have no issue with the product as it works well and does the job. However the 10 year parts guarantee is a joke and not worth having as the call out charge to have a part replaced is £149. Our last beko upright freezer lasted 15 years but if we had issue only twice in the 10 year parts guarantee that would cost almost as much as a new freezer. I believe this is a restrictive practice that nullifies the value of the guarantee. A more reasonable call out charge needs to be considered to give true value to the parts guarantee

Has worked perfectly throughout this warm period. The only niggling thing for me is you have to open the door fully because it keeps swinging back on you as you are trying to put things in or get them out, never had this with other fridges, apart from that I am happy and would recommend it.

The freezer I had has been excellent. It has plenty of room for one person unless you prefer to stock up in which case you would need a larger size. This was an undercounter one I'm just so glad that I won't have to ever defrost again because it's a frost free freezer.

Very pleased with the Beko hob and oven which was installed in my new bungalow, found them easy to use, cooking my food, didn't think I would like them to start with having had a gas cooker all my life, but how wrong I was

Love the fridge freezer, only niggle is the salad draw,don't like how it pulls out in a curve.Otherwise it's OK.
