60/40 fridge freezer gives me a lot of space in the fridge. The shelves are nicely spread. The ff doesn’t make much sound. The freezer has three drawers in which is ideal. All have the same size. I do not like the led light in it. It is a bit too bright for me. I like the height as I can still put a microwave on top. The ff is not heavy and I could easily alter the position. I hope that the ff will last a while by looking after it well. I just got it a month ago.

Whilst the repair man was friendly enough and diagnosed the problem on his first visit, when he come the second time to repair it he arrived with a broken part. This led to a wasted day off work as he had to come again the following week. When he arrived the third time, the part he ordered was incorrect so the broken part in the machine still isn’t fixed and yet another wasted day off work waiting in for the repair

Bought from a shop. Fridge freeser jubt met our requirements.

Absolutely disgusted at the customer service I have received that has led me to rearrange my work 4 TIMES! And still no resolution. Now not answering the phone. After 4 appointments my machine is still not fixed, a machine that is only 9 months old.
Further to this I have had a failed to show appointment today and now been sent an email saying the parts are out of stock and so a repair will be booked when it is back? No time scale, no help, no offer of reimbursement. I have been made a fool of, a compete mockery. And will now be expected to rearrange or miss my work for yet another appointment.

The product we chose fitted well with the fridge we already had, and the price was better than expected

A Beko 9kg washing machine was delivered mid June 26, by AO. The delivery went smoothly and very efficiently by the delivery team.
The first month of use has proved totally satisfactory. With its induction drive motor, its operation has been so remarkably quiet, even at a 1400 rpm spin speed the machine is steady with just a slight hum.
This new purchase is particularly pleasing, as it replaces a 24 year old Miele, which had been perfect though now starting to fail. AO collected it for recycling. So a super deal all found, from AO initially, from Beko’s new superb machine, and a great insurance deal from D&G to protect my investment.
It’s great when it all goes right.

It’s only the small dishwasher and we don’t use it everyday but it seems to wash as we would expect. Very nice little unit

My old Beko washing machine was almost 9 years old. It still worked great washing wise, but it become really noisy and vibrated my whole block of flats when the spin mode came on - the neighbours would know when it was on and the shop windows below me would shake like mad.

So I decided to use AO.com to purchase a new one and chose the Beko BM3WT3941W Washing Machine. I am so glad I did as the whole experience was so simple.

I've just tested the new machine and it shakes/ vibrates a lot less than my old one, plus this one is silent. The clothes feel like they come out drier than the other after spinning them too. I am so happy with my purchase. Hopefully this one lasts just as long as the last one did.

its a nice and compact ,takes up very little room in the kitchen. Its easy to use and it does an excellent job.
It is economical for both water and electric.

Delivered on time and fitted, took a little time to work out some of the buttons but great

When I unpacked it, it wasn't damaged. When I plugged it in it got cold. Delivery guys were great.

Very reasonable fridge/freezer and lovely the space in the fridge. I went from a 60/40 as I struggled with too little fridge space and this 70/30 is great. Good salad drawer and so far everything fits perfectly. The freezer drawers are quite lightweight so I have to be careful not to pull them out too far but very happy.

The fridge freezer is working well although there is a little ice buildup even on the warmest setting. It is just big enough for a couple but for serious cooks or a family, it just wouldn't be big enough. Having said that, integrated appliances do tend to be smaller.
