I decided on a Thursday to buy a tumble dryer and by Sunday had the Beko model delivered. The team and driver on the day kept in touch. I have a Beko fridge/freezer and am very impressed with its efficiency and price. So far, am very pleased with the tumble drier. Have only used for towels thus far ( it is summer) and programme is good.

The service was very good and the delivery men were great everything went to plan

I like the amount of space in this fridge freezer. I also like the Harvest Fresh drawer, my veg and salad are kept fresh for far longer.

the repair guy cracked a mirror , and said ‘oh did i do that?’

The Beko DIN15X20 my second Beko dishwasher. My last one lasted 13 years. This one is not so quiet. Seems not so well built either but only tried it twice so far as 1st one was faulty. It will do me for awhile & then i will replace it. I don’t expect this to last as long.

Ordered a cooker was fine for 9 months then the oven started to cut out in the middle of cooking the tea randomly sometimes it would sometimes it wouldn't rang spoke to beko the sent an engineer he lowered the thermostat and said nothing more he could do it's a common problem with beko ovens.it's still happening so rang back had to wait 5 days for an engineer to get a text that morning to say it's been cancelled phoned beko they said its not cancelled so gotta sit and wait to see if the engineer actually bothers to turn up would never order a beko oven again wasn't a cheap cooker to begin with.

I had a hotpoint fridge freezer of similar size. The outlay of the racks in the fridge door is badly designed and gives less packing space. Hotpoint was much better. The door should really have a handle, that is much better. Otherwise, the fridge is quiet and works fine.

I am extremely disappointed with my Beko washer dryer. I purchased it in April 2025, registered it on the Beko website, and now, just over a year later, it has failed completely. The wash cycle will not finish, leaving all of my clothes locked inside the machine with no way to get them out.
A washer dryer should last far longer than this, and it is unacceptable that such a major fault has occurred so soon after purchase. To make matters worse, I am expected to pay for an engineer because the warranty has expired by only a short period. As a customer who registered the appliance and looked after it, I expected much better reliability and customer support.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Beko. The product has proven unreliable, and the after-sales support has left me feeling very let down.

I've always bought Beko appliances as they are reliable and reasonably priced

Product is good, love that it is the self defrosting and lots of room in the drawers

Having a 15 hour appointment window is ridiculous

Impossible to get hold of anyone then when you do get put through to various departments who say it is not their department??
Brand new machine faulty & can not speak to anyone
Useless machine & customer service

Does what I expected of it. Not as much storage space as previous freezer but ok.
Fitting instructions could be improved on.

Wasn’t happy about being questioned why I had decided not to buy extra insurance cover.

Already have a Beko freezer which I've found very efficient, quiet and reliable. So decided to buy a tall upright fridge from same manufacturer. To me Beko is a reliable company with excellent quality goods that are long lasting and well made.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star Now been waiting over 9 weeks for people to call me back when they said they would.

Wait for an engineer to repair coffee machine under warrenty

No one knows what they're doing.

My 12 year old Beto washing machine finally stopped working so went on line and ordered another though AO
Beko eco spin
Arrived Thursday 30th July 6pm
Friday morning put my washing in the machine 3 hand towels 2 sets pyjamas 10 items of underwear and a pair of trouser thought great quick 28 min wash
Machine washed but did not spin, so thought ok I’ll put it on spin and drain 17 min did not spin machine stopped but washing was wet, contacted beko spoke to customer service told me and half hours and still did not spin
Called customer service again told them again what was happening
The customer service person tried to explain to me how to do my washing when I told her I had done everything I had been told to do and that she was not listening to me
I was told that if I interrupted her again she would terminate the call
I had already told her that we were disabled and need the machine and before purchasing it no where did it say you can only put one towel in with you washing in case the machine decides that it’s an unbalanced wash and this means it will not spin as she started to speak before I had finished and I asked her to listen to what I was saying she once again told be not to interrupt her as she was going to end the call
So what do I do I have a washing machine that is not fit for purpose beko what to charge me to send someone out to look at it and I’ve not had it for 24 hours
I’m livid disappointed
