Good machine and very quick program

Hob knob settings and ring positions not easy to see.

Oven takes longer to come up to temperature than our previous oven; grill can't be used with the door open.

From ordering, paying, arranging delivery, taking delivery, removing the old one and placing the new one, everything went like clockwork.

Purchase of Beko under counter, frost free fridge was a direct replacement for a nine year old one that ‘died’. We also have the matching freezer and always choose Beko appliances for quality.

Nice machine easy to use . No issues so far. Does what I need efficiently . Good results.

I bought a washer, it arrived faulty. Ages on calls. Video calls. Explaining the issues. Wait a week for engineer to come out and come to the same conclusion I had a week earlier on phone with CS. I have to wait another week for a return visit. Told to call and explain my situation to see if a priority fix can be made (i'm a wheelchair user that is housebound with no family or close friends to help & already without a machine for 3 weeks at this point) I call & am told a new washer would not be with me before the engineer visit so I have to wait. But I can make a claim for compensation on live chat. I use live chat, they pass me elsewhere. I then spend another 40 mins being passed around multiple departments & finally get through to concessions line. Told they will offer me £30 as a goodwill gesture if I wait for the repair & then call back to get the £30. I am left 2 weeks so far with a brand new washer that has been delivered faulty and i've paid full price, for what will be a refurbished machine. Why?? £30 wouldn't even cover my launderette fees if I could get to one! An absolute joke.

Curry delivery was excellent, fitted new freestanding slimline dishwasher, connected it up, switched it on the dishwasher proceeded to blow the fuse in the isolation switch, and blew the trip in the supply to the kitchen, after checking all my electrics in the kitchen we found out the brand new beko dishwasher was faulty. It had to be taken out and returned, and we had to order another one and wait 5 more days.

There is room for improvement ordered on my selected then informed it was being delivered on another date not convenient so got the new date I wanted . Then everything went smoothly.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Our fridge freezer broke after just 7 months, and trying to get it repaired under warranty has been a nightmare.

Beko made us wait 5½ weeks without a working fridge freezer and it took 3 engineer visits to before it was finally repaired. This has all happened during temperatures of over 30°C, making the situation even more unacceptable.

The company has refused to replace the appliance, insisting it has to be repaired, despite the excessive delay and inconvenience. Being without a fridge freezer (an essential appliance) for that long is simply not acceptable, especially as its less than a year old.

To make matters worse, we lost the entire contents of our fridge freezer. Beko’s response was to offer a £30 voucher, which is nowhere near enough to cover the value of the food we lost through no fault of our own.

The experience also had a significant impact on my work. I was forced to work from home on three separate occasions to accommodate engineer visits, despite my employer requiring full-time attendance in the office.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this brand to look elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would avoid this Beko at all costs.

A very good appliance very easy to use can’t fault it at all

Had to replace Beko Dishwasher so purchased new one. It is super and actually better than the one it replaced which had sprung a leak. Have to hand it to them the wash cycles are shorter and the clean results great. I would definitely recommend.

2nd Beko washing machine I've had. The first one lasted 10 years so very good service. Beko again was first choice for its replacement.
Only negative is aesthetic- the protruding door. Other than that all good and excellent selection of wash & spon programs.

Decent price works well not noisy, quiet flimsy door feels very light & not solid, it’s fine for now have to see how long it lasts.

I'm very happy with my new fridge freezer. We chose black and it looks very smart. It's frost free and has the new harvest fresh salad drawer. Plenty of room in both fridge and freezer. It was easy to order and delivery was excellent

We purchased a double oven and was very pleased with it so we had no hesitation to purchase a Beko Fridge Freezer. so far we are very pleased with the product, good design and it does all that we require. We purchase from a trusted local dealer.

I can cook with confidence knowing that my food will not be burnt .

New fridge. Good price. Excellent item.arrived quickly. Have a few Beko bits. All great
