Beware what is described and what you actually get!
I bought a towelling robe described as cosy luxurious comfort. What arrived was a thin cotton with stipples which was scratchy.
I inquired about returns and told I’d have to forego the return packaging. I was then told the item would be scrutinised. Risking ending up without your money or item. I would never buy for them again. Under the consumer rights act I do not have to pay return costs if the item is not as described.

I’d previously bought bedding which was…
I’d previously bought bedding which was outstanding. So when needing new towels turned to bedding envy. What a disappointment, they look great, but have very poor absorption. No use at all.
