We have still not recieved our goods i…
We have still not recieved our goods i am fed up of trying to contact them. One the one and only occasion thst i spoke to somone they promised they would be delivered today. We still have not recieved our bedding. The money was tsken out of our account on the 22nd of April the day we ordered our bedding. It stated when we ordered that it was next day delivery.
I will now be taking this matter further.

Your order was placed as a pre-order on the 22nd of April. Unfortunately, we experienced a slight delay due to incoming stock arriving at the UK port later than expected, which we understand is not the experience you were promised.

Bedding arrived promptly as described in a very premium box (which I immediately repurposed) and is very comfortable. It doesn't affect my rating because it was as described but the design of duvet cover I bought has a white embroidered edging which unfortunately falls where you can see it down the side of the bed, rather than on top but I should have noticed that myself. Would consider buying again.
