Excellent

This is my second set of bedclothes from BE. I loved the first set so much that I found it hard to sleep in anything else!

Beware what is described and what you actually get!

I bought a towelling robe described as cosy luxurious comfort. What arrived was a thin cotton with stipples which was scratchy.
I inquired about returns and told I’d have to forego the return packaging. I was then told the item would be scrutinised. Risking ending up without your money or item. I would never buy for them again. Under the consumer rights act I do not have to pay return costs if the item is not as described.
