I have been looking for gold jewelry that stands up to wearing it in the water for hat won’t break the bank. Of course the internet started flooding my feed with options and I decided on Beautiful Earth. Shipping was a little longer than I expected because I’m spoiled with Amazon getting things to me over night or next day and I didn’t read that it was coming from the UK. I could not be happier with my purchases. I have only taken the ratings out to change the pair I’m wearing. Will definitely purchase again including for my daughters on swim team.

Shocking time for delivery. Stated Royal Mail so Brits assume it will be with you in a matter of days.
Goodness only knows where the shipment comes from but it can take up to a month! I only found out because of checking a week and a half after ordering and no parcel. Very misleading. Haven’t got high hopes for the jewellery when it arrives. Can’t cancel the order either. It’s already somewhere between Taiwan and here 😂

I bought the bundle pieces and in love with it. Good quality and nice design. Definitely will purchase again.

Beautiful Earth is a top notch company with excellent products, great options and exemplary service. My only complaint is that they have too many beautiful options and I always find it difficult to narrow down the pieces I wish to purchase. I recently purchased 12 pieces of jewelry from them. The order arrived quickly. I opened the package and immediately felt pampered. There was a lovely rectangular box with 12 smaller boxes inside each containing a piece of jewelry. The designs on the smaller boxes varied. It was such a beautiful presentation of my purchase that I decided to hold onto the box with 12 boxes inside! Each piece is beautiful and a delight to wear. I have been purchasing from Beautiful Earth for about 4-5 years and have only had a couple of pieces damaged over the years. I highly recommend the Beautiful Earth for gifts and self pampering.

I wanted to return my entire order and in their website they advertise 30 days return and full refund. However all I was allowed to choose in return page was to get some of my money back and keep the items. I wasn’t allowed to return it at all and even though I tried to send message that I don’t want partial refund, I want to return everything and get full refund, it was still issued like this. In return page they never even gave option to return the items. So do not order from here unless you’re 100% sure you like it and everything fits. I won’t order again for sure.

The jewelry I purchased is beautiful, and great for my sensitive skin. I've worn the necklace and anklet 24/7, and have seen no tarnishing. My order arrived quickly, and the price was right. My only small complaint is that the anklet is not size-inclusive. For those of us with kankles, an extended chain would be nice. I have it on the last jump ring, and it's holding tiiiight.

Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience. There were only two small issues along the way: the larger and wider pieces of jewelry tend to get scratched more easily, and once, a pendant from my birth month necklace came undone during a party and fell to the ground—but luckily, my friend noticed it and returned it to me.

Other than that, I’m genuinely impressed. I’ve worn your pieces in the shower, at the gym, and even in the pool, and they still haven’t changed color at all. I really love your products and I almost own the entire collection now.

The pieces are so lovely!
I wore them swimming in the beach and they still look the same; the colour didn't tarnish at all.

Unfortunately I'll have give my experience a ⭐️ rating. Which is sad to be honest

The reason for this is because the images when picking bangle jewellery is very deceiving on the website. I've read all the information for each piece making sure I don't miss anything.

Unfortunately nowhere in the information does it state that the bangles are NOT round shaped but are oval shaped instead.
To be honest, I absolutely hate it. It's very uncomfortable and wearing the 5 bangles that I orders as a stack makes it even more uncomfortable due to the bangles not being round.

This has disappointed me so much and has put me off ordering anything else which is sad as there are so many beautiful pieces that I would have loved to add to my collection.

Also, 2 of the bangles keeps popping open so I'm constantly worried that I might loose one... This kind of defeats the purpose of purchasing the bangles in the first place, as my intention was to not take them off... now I have to so that I don't loose the ones that keeps popping open.

The sizing of the bangles are very limited which is also very unfortunate. Although the sizing dimensions are stated in the information for each piece. It's clear that these pieces are designed for skinny people and not so much for larger people or even people with larger bone structures...

You should honestly reconsider your sizing for the bangles and have some much larger bangles

The rings are gorgeous, but the diamonds seem to be glued on. A few fell out when my order arrived. Customer support was great and sent a replacement after a refund. My floral ring is stunning, but I'm worried about how secure the diamonds are.

But I’ve been able to keep my hoops in from Beautiful Earth 24/7 for over a month now with no issues whatsoever! I’m so pleased and will be a forever customer! I took a chance on beautiful earth and was greatly impressed - not because I didn’t believe in them but the current state of our economy makes me think I’ll pay a lot of money for cheap services and goods.
