The website was very slow to load. The recalculation of prices was extremely slow. As a result, the booking did not go so smoothly. Because of this, I didn't even book the right room, I wanted sea view. On the other hand, the prices on the site are good and the possibilities to book an alternative airport are also top-notch.

We have had a trip to Hurghada - Egypt, to the Titanic Beach Resort. The reservation went ok and the trip to Egypt as well. Transfer to the resort was included and the contact person was waiting for us (and others) at the airport. Everything went well till.... we were brought to the Titanic Aqua Parc resort. While we we checking in we heared we had to go to the other Titanic resort. The bus was gone, so we had to go by taxi a €5. The return went the same. The bus didnt come to our resort, so we had to go to airport by cab again a €15.
After contacting BeachCheck the taxi bills were paid by them, without any receipt sent.

The on-line booking was straight forward. The necessary documents arrived the very next day, all in order. The only misleading information was that to book on-line with the airline it stated 48 hours before departure. But that implied that you had to pay for the seat. It should have stated that booking twenty four hours ahead, the seat was free of charge.

Thank you for your feedback. It is true that Ryanair has made a change to seat reservations and we were unfortunately not informed about that.
If you choose not to buy a seat, you can check in between 24 and 2 hours before any flight. Earlier it was 2 days and 2 hours before the flight. We have changed our information immediately.
