The integration didn't work properly with Shopify at first.
There was a double booking because the system didn't work properly.
After waiting a few days I was told that it could not be booked back and I have two months. So far OK. Even if that doesn't call good support. Then I had several questions and problems in the two months, these were unfortunately not dealt with. Not even after several requests.

So now i tell you why I only give 1 star. Shopify asked me for documents whether the products can be sold. I asked about the certificates at Bdroppy and in the chat it said I should write an e-mail I did this several times unfortunately there was no answer within 2 weeks and the store was deleted.

I would not recommend Bdroppy to anyone.!!

and bdroppy I can recommend that you should work on your support, that's underground and i feel fooled.

So far my experience with Bdroppy has been very seamless. My orders go out very quickly and the team is very helpful with any issue I may have and offer very fast response. I absolutely love the service and plan to continue using their service for a very long time. I don't know where my business would be without them.

I've been working with BDroppy for over 3 years and it's been great working with them during this time. Whenever I need some help they are available to help me. Usually in less than 24 hours I have my problems and doubts clarified. The technical customer support is amazing too. The entire BDroppy team is very communicative and efficient. For me they are a team and a company that I want to continue working with.

Bdroppy tech support team was quickly response and fixed the issues of my turnkey website slowness and performance issues. I'm really appreciated that my site fixed promptly.

The dropshipping and turnkey webstore are a real scam. Nothing is working as is supposed to. The customer service is very disappointing. Even if they are advertising that the reply time is 24/48 hour it never comes on time or at all.
Just realised that I have been cheated with 1290 Euro

Just like many others with website issues using the Turnkey option, my site is totally down now. Periodically throughout the year it just goes down... then weeks later somehow, it's back up, then down again. Don't try marketing because as soon as someone clicks on your website, it spins, then goes to an error, they will believe the site is not real or a scam.

Mind blown on how this company can still legally operate. Like all other reviews which I ignored when signing up, bdroppy totally ignores your support tickets and the very few times they do answer it's just a automated reply that doesn't answer the question asked. The inventory they display I believe isn't accurate on what they actually have in stock.
They display fancy products just to gain the subscription fee. Anyone reading this review, do some research before and don't make the same mistake as I did. I have paid their fee for the past 7 months without receiving any help. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Really good product price and reliable service

I am new user to BDroppy, but my experience with them is good. I don't know why there as so many low ratings, all my orders have been delivered in time and I have tracking number on each of them. Marianna is very usefull as support agent, and I am happy to work with them in the future.

Awful, just awful... every single day I encounter a new problem on the turnkey site they "developed" for me with some old orders in the back from 2020.. I am losing patience, I am losing money, I am not getting any sales despite facebook and instagram great growth... nothing, zero.. I opened the store to the public nearly a month ago and I am literally in tears right now after getting a message directly from Stripe that my account with them has been suspended because to them my site results as high risk. The webmail page is not secure, when people apply to the newsletter the newsletters are not sent as the server to google or outlook is on a block list... really I don´t know what to do. I have three little kids and I just can´t deal with this sh* anymore. I am thinking of either suing them properly for the lies and misleadings or just send it all to h.. Oh and the customer service exists only before you buy a turnkey site, once they have your money you are nothing to them. Zero. Nothing works properly. Just as an insight.. I get up to 3000 unique visitors to the site and not one single order. This is not normal.

Absolutely the worst. They print their own company name on the delivery labels. Their synchronization of products brands is not working since day one and i have been waiting for their help for more then three weeks now.
Shipment is 6 days delayed and They don’t provide tracking code if they don’t feel not to.
And the most importantly you cannot contact them. You have to book a ticket which you will get respond after a week with a new question and when you answer it you will have to wait a few weeks more. Although you can contact them until you purchase their subscription. After then they are done with you!!
