Attention to this company since 3.12.2024 we are waiting for the refund of the credit note payment of 93,73 EUR. Until today 25.9.2025 the payment has not been refunded!!! I do not respond to messages at all.
Better avoid this company. We will take legal action and consider the actions of this company to be completely fraudulent.

Very difficult registeration experience, they need to invest in their website. Its so old and run down. Such a long form to fill.

After signing up customer service to get help is so slow and again very run down not support from. Also beware the min order is €25,000 most of the brands are useless.

The few good ones like Gucci, the best items are only 25-30% discount nothing great. Overall a waste of time!

Stay away!!! I made an order and it did not arrive (they blamed DHL for it). After a month they credited my account with the money, but the dropshipping subscription expired. So there were 2 options:
Make an order over 400 euros or pay the subscription plan again.
As I already had a bad experience with the site, I decided not to renew the subscription and of course, I didn’t want to put more money into the site.
We agreed with them to activate my subscription for 2 days to spend the money I had.
Well, that is the latest reply I got from them. Of course, they didn’t open my account and I lost 275 euros.
For sure I will contact the Italian authorities about this matter

Worst assistance ever.
I asked for a bulk list via email. They got back in 2 weeks saying the list were no more avialble.
Asked for something similar and in general for the products, no answer for almost 2 weeks again.
I got you're italians but if you want to export I think you should at least understand a bit of english.
The rudest sales assistant ever, she has not even clear how the discounts from RRP works.

Same scam company as their other business called bdroppy. Do you research before doing any business with them. They literally have 1 star reviews everywhere you look and I was stupid enough to ignore all the reviews before signing up to their dropship service called bdroppy and now I have 1000usd less in my business account because of it. Expensive lesson learned.
