It took me almost 2 years but I've made up my mind to write this review.

I gave Brandsdistribution (rebranded now Bdroppy) a lot of chances to up their customer service..

Unfortunately nothing has improved since..

I can say we made some money, though we also lost quite a bit that we shouldn't have due to damaged items being sent out, not having items in stock, not shipping out in time, unable to reply to tickets in time etc.

Unhappy customers do not build a business and we as a business realise that, Brandsdistribution/Bdroppy on the other hand..well, not so much.

We made them more than 80.000 euros turnover just last year, yet we have no decent customer support. When we do get an answer from support it seem to be a few Italian ladies that think the world is at their feet (they are at times simply rude). Customer is king does not stand for this company. (maybe that's just a problem with Italian attitude, who knows?)

When they have one of their many holidays in Italy they don't even bother to send out a message prior informing us, we are supposed to know all of those by heart..

They offer DHL Standard or 'Express' deliveries at extra charge: great.
But if you want to use this service it can take 48 hours BEFORE they upgrade your order manually, meaning there's no point in sending anything express because it might only get sent the 3rd day. (this used to work fine on Brandsdistribution, they also explained it would be introduced to Bdroppy soon - this was in September 2020..)

The invoices on Bdroppy are a nightmare and were totally wrong VAT wise, luckily we can ask their support to send them to us every quarter....depending on their mood this could take a few days too (also I didn't forget it initially took me 3 weeks before they realised the invoices created by Bdroppy are not correct).

They boast about all their webinars, let me tell you, all their webinars are aimed at people subscribing to their service and paying a very high price for their website services (we never bought this off them as we knew it would be an absolute joke), I think by now they make more money off subscriptions than they do from actually selling (outlet) fashion items.

I would almost forget mentioning before they introduced (forced) Bdroppy.com on us we had already bought a license for a Prestashop module through their official partner at the time. Sadly they stopped offering this service after only 1 year, meaning we had already lost 500 euros just on the module the first year (excluding the subscription cost for Brandsdistribution).
We asked for a discount when they forced us to move, but to no avail.

They have to get their priorities right, if they want to keep focus on selling new subscriptions, good luck..

TL;DR they are one of the worst companies when things go wrong - they focus on selling more subscriptions instead of offering a decent dropshipping experience.

I am with them since 6 months and I can rate the services very professional. The ones that left one star I think they don't really know how to use the chat in order to get quicker in contact with them. For me the prices are very good , the quality of clothing/bags/shoes very good and I can trust them to build my business.

Watch out
They remove brands without further notice to a new level - to make more profit for themselfs. If you invested in marketing for that product they lough at you.
No refund to your customer when they return the product - you pay the customer.
When they finally have a good product they have only 2 in stock in x-small.
Read the terms and conditions - so smart - too smart. They want your money - but not to work with you and help to make a good business together with you. No win/win here - but Bdroppy/Brandsdistribution win only.

Bdroppy´s answer why they remove products with potential from the Catalog you bought into:
"The company decided to remove the XXXXX products from the dropshipping catalog and to open an e-franchising project in order to not devaluate the products since we think they can have a great potential." So they think Bdroppy is a devaluation of products and no product with any potential should be there. But they love to take your money for your subscription on Bdroppy. What would you call that?

They charged for the second year without my permission - I want my money back as this is the worst drop shipping company there is: Badly designed website, no easy amazon integration and no help nor response from customer service. Site crashes. Too high prices that leave you no margin and if someone buys the product it’s not anymore available, they send wrong product or it doesn’t arrive.

After days of working on the plugins and paying a developer, we managed to get things on Amazon from the site, but surprise surprise - as they didn’t give us certificate to sell those brands, 95% of the merchandise was not accepted.

What was their response? Nothing. Zero. Just marketing emails to buy another year from them WHICH I did not do.

As I said, those few products that we managed to sell brought no money as there was no stock or they sent a wrong product.

Very disappointed and I advice you not to buy anything from them. It has been a huge waste of money and has only caused headache.

Very bad experience I bought paying chunk of money! It is unfortunate to see companies act like this.
Just like there are many comments here implementation of website was good but since then it was nightmare and the issues I had was product not showing correctly, wrong prices, Amazon/ebay link not working, checkout issues etc. I had the account 1 year never managed to go live due to all these issues and poor service.

I then had to gave up and asked them to cancel my subscription but they still trying to take money from my bank account.

Guys, keep away from this scam!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AGGREVATION! As I write this I'm still speechless as the outcome of my case. I purchased a turnkey website from Bdroppy, the company is very accommodating during the built out process but the moment the site is delivered it all changes. The site was delivered 6 months ago, and crashed pretty much every month. Every time I contacted the help desk it took a minimum 1 week to resolve the issue, the latest issue however is the worse yet, when you load the page a message reads "there has been a critical error on this website." it has been 2 weeks and I still don't have a site. More, I been following up and the latest message indicated that I needed to purchase the additional support package to get help. Let's not forget, my site from delivery never worked properly but now I'm being told that I need to pay more money for them to fix their screw up!!! and while this is going on I'm paying Facebook, tweeter and Instagram ads. Go Figure!!
AVOID THE HEADACHE AND MONEY!

Poor customer service and miscommunication , please stay away from this scam company. I bought the package and I needed a reseller certificate and it only came a week ago . So i was unable to use it and the money i paid went to waste.

This is the worst ever online business anyone could invest in.
Please save your money and do your home work before you part with your cash.
(as a shopper some of the products are cheaper online and you can have free delivery.)
I have had endless issues with my website, as they use old software.
I have only had 1 sale which I made the purchase.
Customer service is shocking and have stopped replying to me.
I spent money advertising the business.
How can you make successful business if it’s crashing all the time?

I have subscribed to this organization for over 6 months now. It's been one problem or the other. I haven't made a penny from them. My store as we speak isn't working which I complained to them and they told me my store was affected with Malware virus, that I should upgrade to the Gold platform and the cost is over 150 euros. Am highly disappointed with their customer service and poor responses to issues. I remember signing up with them I told one of the staff I will like to visit their business premises and he said they don't allow clients or customers to visit their office and she gave one silly excuse why they don't allow visitors. I guess that reason is well understood now. I SEE THEYRE BIG SCAM AND UNSERIOUS WITH THEIR WAY OF DOING THINGS. they're cony and unreal. I wish to get my 700 euros back from them and desist from all the challenges and agony they've put me through. still for them to rectify my store anyways

STAY AWAY FROM BRANDSDISTRIBUTION
This company is just a huge DISAPPOINTMENT. They never answer any support requests. I don't care how professional your website looks or how many webinars and youtube videos you publish. At the end of the day you need to answer your customers questions. My suggestion to anyone planning on using their service, is to just don't!!!

Bad services I have tried. I paid 790 eur for yearly plan. I have my account to login with full billing. But while to try connect to platform. Each answer from customer services take 1 hour, not thing to say how bad it is.
And they DON'T find out my email. Oh gosh. If I don't have your account how can I connect with your platform? How can I have your bill?
A BIG SCAMM!

Products are nice but old (outlet)collection, delivery is fast.
But they're still charging monthly fee even after cancellation.
You can not find anywhere in your dashboard how to unsubscribe or change payment method.
Shopify app does not work properly.

Very bad at response. Having problem with bdroppy plug in. Trying to contact with bdroppy service but not response or help with it. Hope at least here they will help me.
“Error while placing order” no one are able to buy anything. Two days no response. Two month trying to get a call from then, no chances. Not happy at all.

I had a subscription which has the round day on every month 6th and got charged every month 4th. Last month, on 29 December i wrote to customer service to cancel my subscription and also got answer that they do it for me. But today they charged me again. We do what they ask for cancelling but they are still stealing our money....

UPDATE: You answered NOTHING! I don't said six-monthly or four-monthly, i said my subscription's round day is on 6th day every month and got charged on 4th day in every month. And i canceled my subscription on 29th December, but you still charged my credit card on 4th January. What is it if not stealing? Where is my refund then?

Worst customer service ever. I have read the reviews before I subscribed and I though people may be overreacting. From my personal experience, I would like to deactivate my bdroppy account, I have sent a lot of emails maybe 6-7 within a week with no reply at all! They will continue to charge me every month because they simply do not answer to emails in order to cancel my subscription. I write this here and I hope they at least answer here! Because they are being very rude and now I will think twice if I really want to subscribe again.

Using their plugin and dropshipping service for my website. About 10 orders - so far so good. Order processing is super fast, shipping time depends on service witch you choose. They have some little bugs with plugin, but nothing that can't be solved. Support is little bit slow some time, but generaly it answers all your questions. I choose to make my own website so only technical issues can be only with their plugin. There were some bugs with picture size, but that was issue of my website theme. Overall good service, if you are not hoping to get everything done for you without your effort.

I regret deeply having trusted this vendor of nice items.
I bought a complete store not knowing too much about internet thinking they would help as they said ( We take care of everything !!) Well in addition to my complete store I added the Golden support to put all the chances on my side to make it easyer !! I have been contacted by gentle women asking me to wait and the day my store was supposedly on the net my girlfriend en her friends went to have look instead of bags and shoes for women they did end up on men's undrware socs and shoes I did ask for the whole catalog and ended up with so few products in the wrong place !! my loss 1450Euros ( store ) + 199 ( golden support ) + 99 Euros shopify option ( this was said to be free at the start )
In a word " Disgusted !! "

I have my own website and I work with their Plugin. Honestly the products are all Top quality and I haven’t had any problem with sales. The response times if you contact them by email are actually long but I solved with the Live Chat.
I only had a problem because in the import there was also the article code but they explained me how to remove it.
Shipments are fast. Packages cannot be customized. This is a pity!

They certainly do not deserve the fee. I did dropshipping with Bdroppy for 3 months. But it is a very mediocre firm. He is not trying to improve himself. I commented on 2 issues, they said they both work like this. One of them is that there is no standard table of shoe sizes. some shoes appear in EU sizes, some shoes are US and some are UK. This caused confusion in my customers. The other issue is that customers send the product names they see with the product code. We had to correct these names in our own online store. Also, most products do not have sizes. They sell old model products. Accessories are almost non-existent. This company that needs to improve itself more.
