I appreciate Baukjen’s sustainability commitment and service culture. I really want to like the products but often end up returning them for reasons of fit or cut. A blazer, dress and top all went back, so it feels hit or miss.
The balloon jersey pants are lovely. However I preordered (and paid) for two shades, intending one as a gift. I waited some weeks and then was told it was out of stock and eventually refunded.

Nice trousers but I didn’t like the fabric
Lovely trousers but unfortunately not for me, not the same good cut as others I have bought, also didn’t really like the fabric - I imagined chinos to be quite different and not the coarse fabric so sadly returned

Disappointed of sizing/ cut
Disappointed of sizing/ cut - but John Lewis doesn’t seem to stock in store anymore so thought I’d try buying online…. waste of time - need to try multiple sizes & styles on as fit so variable.
Back to buy clothes in store only.
