Very helpful staff. The car was in good condition and clean

Staff and people friendly and helped us out. The car, however, was a bit of a letdown. An MG with close to 100,000kms. Spongy brakes, soft transmission and a lot of dings and windscreen chips. Should have been gotten rid of earlier. Supposed to get a KIA Seltos (or similar!) The MG is not similar to a KIA. Much lower quality. It did the job though so I guess it was OK.

I was very disappointed with my experience when returning the car, as your staff blamed me for damage that was already there before my rental.
The staff were rude and dismissive, and even asked me to leave while I had my 8-month-old baby in my arms.
I found the way I was treated completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
The evidence I provided does not support the claim that I caused the damage.
After this experience, I will never use your company again or recommend it to others.

Whole transaction went smoothly from booking online to getting dropped back to the airport.

Disappointed that an $85 fuel refill was charged when tank needle was on the line and filled with $23.

So easy to deal with. My driver from the airport was so personable and lovely, and check-in was super quick.
The price was bang on, and the car was immaculate.

One thing that would be useful is a Driver info sheet setting out key features of the car eg blinkers on Lhs of steering column ,how to disable speed warning,petrol unlocking lever etc

The car was clean and previous minor damage was clearly recorded. Booking, picking up and returning were all quick and easy.
The negative was that when I telephoned shortly after pick up to report that I believed that I had left my hat in the pick up office, I was told that your office would enquire with the pick up office. I never had any reply which was disappointing.

The hiring process was so easy, not like other car hire company. And the consultant at Townsville airport was very helpful. Customer service on point. 👍🏾

Staff were friendly and courteous. The pickup from Coolangatta Gold Coast Airport was slow but not an issue for us as several flights arrived at the same or similar time. Driver was helpful. We had used Bargain Rentals before.
The car was okay, but the remote didn't work after 3 days of our rental, just used the key for the period from 25/7-6/8/26.
The Wipers needed changing.
The reversing camera was foggy and somewhat unclear.
Car ran well and was economical.
The vehicle has several scratches and markings which staff had identified and reported. At 71,000 km, not surprising.
Service from staff was good, and the process and price was very good. Did what we needed.
