The company is easy to deal with, this is the second time of using them , and will continue in the future

The car and the office experience was excellent.My only problem was that on day 2.I had a flat battery and it took several hours to have my call answered.The RACQ eventually arrived and were able to correct the problem.A run from Port Douglas to Mossman and back recharged the battery for the remaining 12 days.The RACQ mechanic was unable to explain as to why the battery was flat.The price was competitive.

I hired a car for 9 days from their depot near Cairns airport. The price was a lot cheaper than other companies. It's a short shuttle bus ride. Easy pick up and drop off without any fuss. I would use them again.

The car was good and clean when we received. Checkin was fast. The checkout and transfer to the airport after returning the car could have been faster. But overall a good experience.

Very heavy pressure tactics , when you say you don’t require excess reduction insurance. Agents comments were “ wish I could afford to pay $75000 if I hit a roo, as this isn’t covered by any insurance, and you will also be liable for all the time it’s off the road!” Cars in very poor condition, chipped window screens, cable ties holding bits if the car on, dents and scratches everywhere! , and this was supposed to be a luxury vehicle! And on return the process took approx 15 mins as they go over every square inch of the car, no normal wear and tear policy here, if you get the slightest defect whilst renting, you will be charged an excess! The transfer to airport was good and the driver very polite and helpful. Would t use again!

When we arrived to pick up our car rental, it was not available. We had ordered a hybrid car but was given a petrol car instead. Over the 10-day hire this would cost us more money to run the car. Also, we were believed to have car insurance, but this was not the case as it was not fully insured.

Car was clean but service could have been improved by a familiarization session on the cars features

The customer service was excellent, we didn't have to wait long for the airport shuttle service, and the car was in a great condition.

We did have an issue with pick up from the airport due to the wrong phone number given to us from the 3rd party who we ordered the car from . We could not fault anything else . Very happy
