Staff are always super friendly and so easy to deal with, online check in makes it super quick and easy to pick up car on the day. Have used Bargain car rentals multiple times and cant fault them. Highly Recommend.

Car air con wasn't working well and car had serious lag on acceleration from stop which we believe was very dangerous particularly on roundabouts, intersections and turning across traffic. Tried to contact Bargain. Call took about 30mins to be answered then dropped out when transferred to technicians. Second call took about 20mins to be answered then were told technicians had all gone home. Call next day we were told to ring roadside assistance but that we'd have to pay as we didn't take out extra insurance. When we talked to other customers at drop off they also felt their cars had a definite lag and air con wasn't working.

The team at bargain car rentals are always really helpful, the shuttle bus is quick and convenient, and the car are always clean.

We had a great experience from being picked up at the airport, to being given a fabulous clean and new car, to being dropped back at the airport. Prices were brilliant.

Great service this year, but was told it would cost Substantially more to book for next year, despite a 10% discount for returning customers. No reward for loyalty.

Great crew on site and in the phones. We had a few extensions, had the car for about 7 weeks, and then bought one haha.

Staff were friendly and clear on all conditions. The only thing I think they need is an express key drop or at least prioritise car returns over pick ups since returns are heading to the airport on the shuttle bus and can’t be late

Shuttle too and from rental place was good, shuttle was quite packed. Mg car was good, clean and ready to go. Price was fair. Custom service were good, I would use again.

Very good value car hire compromised by some maintenance issues on both cars we received. Brakes, headlights, and audio issues frustrated an otherwise good experience.

Easy communication, car we received was spotless, nice and roomy, great car family enjoyed at an affordable price. We have used bargain rentals previously and will continue to use in the future. Thank you
