My item was not delivered. Support is non responsive and the email addy's are non-deliverable so I cant even contact the company to sort out my issue.

I tried to cancel my order and they didn't. When I received it I wanted to return it and they never let me.

I have been trying to return the crappy product I received from this rip-off company and they will not refund me. They say they sent the correct product. It’s the worst clothing ever!!! Do not buy from them!!! They are the worst!! The product is not as described and the customer service is awful!! Buyers beware!!!

So disappointed complete scam. As many people have written products arrive on poorly made material it's heartbreaking as was a Xmas present. Always pay by PayPal for any hope of refund

As others have written here, this is a scam company. They do not send the products they advertise. They send cheap, gross, nylon and polyester versions. They literally screen cap the design on the shirts and then print them on cheap, poorly made products. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I wouldn't even give them a 1. The quality is terrible & had I known I would be dealing with China I would not have placed the order.

Ordered Jumper and never arrived - advised it got as far as Hermes / Evri then trail went cold - get the same automated response when queried If any company uses VIP Customer service to answer questions- then avoid!

They are scammers! Don't buy from these people! What they send you, has nothing to do with what they advertise. Quality, fabric, cut of clothes or pretty much everything. They give an idea of selling same print in different cuts and materials, but it's all a bunch of crap in plastic polyester. And worst of all, if not bad enough, they refuse you the entitled right to return and be refund by the crap they sell.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the order I eventually received. It looks nothing like the picture, it’s made of cheap synthetic material, no label to say what it’s made of or washing instructions! It’s not even very well made!
I was overcharged in the beginning and I was refunded the extra money but, apart from that, the customer service is diabolical! I think they make it so hard to get a response in the hope you will give up.
I bought this as a Christmas present for a friend but I can’t give it to her, I wouldn’t wear it to bed never mind outside!
It wasn’t cheap and I feel really let down. I’ve bought many items on line and have never had such shoddy goods or lack of help in trying to get a refund.

Awful. I am trying to get a refund and just keep going around in circles. The latest has told me to see if I can give the clothes to my friends as they are top quality yet their website offers refunds. Do not purchase from bamboo likes.

When will I learn!! I thought there were laws against false advertising but I guess anything goes on the internet. The pants I bought were advertised as a cotton blend. I expected something like linen or denim. They are made out of polyester and hang and fit like pajamas. I can’t see me wearing them out of the house. Don’t go by the photos They are photoshopped.

The quality is poor, not cotton or linen as per description. Sizing is not true to size. Very disappointed as l loved the designs of the pants and would have purchased more in future.

SCAM, only one item was sent the remaining items never arrived, the only response is still in transit even after 5 months I am still waiting. I never received a tracking email. The company refused to issue a refund.

it is totaly bad store, my t-shirt was very different from the picture on teh web site, also quality of the t-shirt is not very good. They wrote me that the item they send me is ok. But only blindness cant si differnet

Zero Stars! I wish I would’ve read reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered a size small in the shirt from them, but received an extra large. I went back-and-forth with them about how to exchange or return the item and the last response I got was it was best just to keep it and give it to someone else.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Paid USD95 for 4 items. Items did not fit. After numerous emails, I have been offered a "refund" of USD5. Despite advertising free returns, they have attempted to say it would be too expensive for me to return the items to them. Quality shocking too.

Scam Scam Scam, I have ordered 2 items 2 months ago but nothing arrived till now, show all the shipping progress and there it stops, at least some of you received something, I paid and received nothing

My order that I received did not fit me at all and I have asked numerous times for a return label and they refuse to send me one. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional!! Please don’t waste your money buying from this site !!
