Product took too long to arrive. They lied and said it was shipping from Ireland and turned out to be China.
Customer service is slow and they will not accept returns.

terrible service from China, ordered 4 items received three, the quality of the clothing is unwearable, they basically make impractical to return…it’s the worst!

Scam alert! This company is an affiliate marketer promoting products from a store in finland. The quality of shirts in a dollar store are higher than their quality. The products don’t even come with a tag on the inside. The sizes are at least two sizes too small. When I asked to send it back, they said it costs too much and asked me to give it to someone else I know. Huh?!!! What you see on the ads looks really great but it is NOT even close to the product you receive. Do not buy!!!! SCAM ALERT.

Should be zero stars , I ordered two shirts. A men’s 2xl and a women’s L. Both fit 2 sizes down , usually a 2xl is a little big on me but it was skin tight , barely could get it on , I reached out to support at bamboolikes , and they were no help , basically said too bad and that they would compensate me $3.00 for my trouble ?? And just give them to someone else , now I will file a dispute with my bank to try and get my purchase price back.

Never got order. The provided a tracking and said received but I did not get it

Placed an order on Nov. 9, 2023 and haven't received it as of Jan. 19, 2024. The last tracking update I received was Dec. 5, 2023. They refuse to refund my order, and keep telling me to be patient. It's been 2 1/2 months!!!

Ordered a nice pullover with a funny Christmas saying. It was a T-Shirt with iron-on lettering. Tried to send it back and they sent a link that was blocked by my anti-virus software. Wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased. Absolute garbage products.

Ordered 11.11.2023 - 3 days ago with the 3 rd ??? Tracking number the reply was : I had ordered too much, the package had to be split into 2 and my address was incorrect. I had ordered too much, the package had to be split into 2 and my address was incorrect.
It's a shame that there are companies like this - they are dubious and lie like crazy. I actually wanted to wear one of these sweaters for Christmas, well, maybe it will work for Eastern. They should be ashamed of themselves !

I didnt receive the item until after Christmas. The stitching was crooked around the neckline. The material was cheap - there was not even a label identifying the material or care! I contacted the company to return the item, they are refusing the return

Ordered 2 Christmas jumpers, there was a delay in delivery, then a few days before Christmas 2 what can only be described as long sleeve t shirts arrived. The thinnest cheapest material you can imagine. Utter rubbish. I contacted the company who insisted that the products delivered were correct (jumpers), after going round and round in circles they offered me $5 . I paid $58. What an insult! Very disappointed, would not recommend them!

Ordered Nov 8, was contacted continuously by the shipping company with the tracking update. But on Dec 30 (way too late for Christmas) was told by email that the items were delivered. They were not! Sent email after email to both the seller and the shipper. The seller closed the "chat" and I could not message them. The shipper just auto-responded with a message to contact the seller. Do Not Order From Them!!!

UPDATE- after filing a claim with PayPal, the package magically appeared in my mailbox!

Never received a holiday gift ordered in October.

The zipper is a little cheap but I can get them on and off without using it

Total SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THERE WEBSITE'S. You can never get a response from a person. Just a bot that gives you a site not available. I've been trying to get an answer about when my delivery is coming. NO REAL RESPONSE!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

I ordered a shirt specifically for Christmas on November 26. After confirmation, my credit card was charged for $6 more. I finally received the shirt on December 19. Absolutely ridiculous. Qualify was awful. I will never order from this site again.

Absolute scam. Ordered a cashmere Christmas jumper for my meal out on Christmas Day. What arrived was a flimsy, thin awful material, no glitter either compared to the one I ordered!! So angry, paid a lot of money and I cannot contact them to get a refund. Do not go near this rip off ‘company’

The products delivered were not the size that was ordered and the quality is beyond awful! Cannot process a return with them or get a response.

Less than a one star , took ages for this to come and what they show you on the website is NOTHING like what you will receive, nasty nasty cheap polyester material, nothing like a cotton hoodie, do not go near them with a barge pole , infact they should not be allowed to trade at all
