I made my original purchase from my phone. Had I used my desktop, my security would have warned me of Bamboolikes being a suspicious site. Firstly, I was charged more than the invoice total, which apparently was taxes. The company quickly refunded the difference. Items are not the quality one would expect for the price. Contacted the company, which is in China, not the USA, as I expected. The prints are very poor quality and the material does not seem like bamboo. There is no labelling on the shirts at all that describe the fabric. After many emails back and forth requesting a refund and being offered unrealistic compensation, I put it in the hands of PayPal and ended up with a refund. Don't give up, make sure you keep all the transaction emails with your grievance, and make the claim. I am sending mine back to the China warehouse! If I could have given a negative score, I would have! Save your money and stress, and don't buy from here!

Awful experience with this company!
Fabric horribly cheap and not as advertised or shown in picture. I've had
5-emails and still no info on how to return. They asked for pics of item and package yet no info on how to return!
Even after submitting order number.

When I received the ball cap I ordered it was packed FLAT and where the front brim meets the cap the structure was damaged and the cap area is squished. They basically offered me $3 or suggested I ship it back to them in China at my cost. Absolutely no customer service at all.

I placed an order with this organization for several articles of clothing which were never delivered to me. I have reached out numerous times requesting compensation and/or resolution only to be told to go check my neighbor's porch as it's listed as delivered. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend - do not waste your money or your time.

Caveat Emptor! Buyer BEWARE! This site sells at one price, then adds fees, foreign taxes, state and local sales taxes (which should NOT apply to Oregon), foreign transaction fees, credit card fees, etc. Then they don't want to complete the transaction. Look up the company address in Colorado: it's not even a commercial location!

I ordered 4 t-shirts. None of them are what is advertised as far as colours, fit, and material. One has a design that is off centre, and another measures 3" smaller than the size chart. They're all polyester and not cotton or cotton blend as advertised. They claim that what I received "aligns with what I ordered" and that it's just differences in lighting. What an absolute joke. After 4 days of emailing back and forth with no resolution in sight, I've started a claim with PayPal to try to get my money back, and to not be charged for the return shipping fee.

The worst customer service. Products are not true to size.

I ordered several items of which I still am waiting for at least 7 items and also received 3 of the items I didn’t order at all.So, a lot of emails forwards and backwards later they insist I have received all the orders 😢. This means I have lost quite a lot of money and feel ripped off by the company. I advise everyone to stay away from this company!!.It’s a mess and there is no other way of communicating with them than by email.

Bad Company, ordered goods 5 months ago, they keep, emailing me goods on the way, goods where delivered, check post office, then sorry goods on way Tracker no is...
now they just sent me this "We are really sorry and we can feel that you are upset now.
But our company and post office sent and delivered the package according to your order information.
Now the package is lost, we can't receive the package either.
To resend you a new one is the best solution I can provide.
You only need to make up some money for our loss of the product and the shipping fee and we will immediately resend the item for you.

I was excited and ordered 3 shirts. I should have read the reviews first. They ran a payment for over $10 more than what was on my order form. There is no order number to use to dispute and cancel. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal. Hopefully they will back me and refund.

Like many posts I’ve read, and it’s only because I started digging after the event, name the purchase of two items.
They were nothing like what I saw as a picture or advertised.
When I wanted to send back, which is our right as a consumer they kept offering me a compensation, which was very offensive to the figure I actually paid.
I was told by a friend it’s like theft by deception,
They offered me 3usd, when I paid 71usd
Disgusting and shameful business

Terribly disappointed nothing like the product pictured. Take my review down if you like but you are still defrauding people.

Not wrong in delivery or updates just not a product I was expecting.
I thought I was going to get Wicked merch not "ICKED" with a silhouette face on each side of the writing in Wicked colors.
Fabric was also not to my liking.
I understand this is non-licensed and will be more careful next time.

Wow, this is a scam because I try to contact the company. I’m not successful so I called the bank to cancel. My merchandise was jacket they charged me $76.16.
And I cannot register I cannot open the account. I cannot see the tracking number stay away from this company is very bad.

I ordered 3 of the Just Breathe shirts from bamboolikes advertising on Facebook. I have never received anything but phoney tracking numbers from Poland and China! Do not order from this site!

Shortly after ordering an item from this company an attempted fraud payment was made on my account. My bank notified me that ads via Facebook can take you to an unsecure website (one without a padlock icon in the address line) and take your details to set up an Apple Pay account to purchase items. I nearly lost almost £800 but luckily had my bank app notifications on so beware people.
