They just charged $700 on my account. They call to get your business and present it as if it is catered to your style then send tons of "junk mail" to include a reminder of a renewal that looks like junk mail. The charge was made on the 28th; I called on the 29th but they were closed and called back on the 30th to let them know I did not want to continue with the service, but they refuse to give me my money back. The posts are worthless and now I'm out of $700. Very disappointed with the service or lack of.

Derrick has spent two evenings with me, patiently working to get me up and running with Back at You. No matter how good your system, if there isn't someone patient and kind to work you into it, the quality of the system doesn't matter. He was great.

Derrick was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out my issue with posting my award. i really like Back At You!! It is nice to work with a company that has live people to speak to who respond quickly to your issues. Great company!!

I called and left a message and someone called me back within the hour. I am quite technically challenged, but they very patiently walked me through the steps and helped me get the answers to all of my questions.

I need assistance & kept waiting for chat support. Frustrated, I called and asked the representative to cancel my subscription...he assisted me, walked me through the issues patiently. He won me back. Thank you Joseph!

I had to leave a "ticket" and they got back to me the next business day. The ticket had several unrelated questions and they answered them all very well. They provided explanations of why things are the way they are so now how it works I can do more myelf.

I'm new to Back At You, due to my relationship with Buffini & Company. decided to run a short ad this week advertising our open house...went into the system to confirm it was published and it appeared to not be as ordered. It's Friday afternoon and you know that's a horrible time to find support in many companies. Not so here. Chat was interrupted so Michael called me to connect. Meanwhile I reconnected with Joseph on the chat box and he patiently answered all my questions and showed me where to find the information I needed to see. It's wonderful to find businesses that care about their clients and the quality of their products. Great company to deal with - thank you support team!

Joseph was awesome. He called me back asap and answered my questions. He helped me get my MLS connected to Social Suite.
