What made it great was working with Vladimir Lombardo he took the time to understand what my issues was. He was patient walked me through it. He was easy to understand just an overall Pro when it comes to dealing with these kind of issues and working with people, I will always ask for him moving forward. The customer support has been fantastic. Had a couple of issues setting up a few things on my end. Support contacted me and walked me through the process... they offered to take care of it first, but I wanted to learn how to avoid the mistakes I made for the future. Very happy with the product and particularly support. Support agents have always been helpful and very nice!

Hiring BACK AT YOU was the worst business mistake we made in 16 years. Their system sent our leads to nearly 0 from the website. The leads we received had such a poor quality I don't know of one agent that completed a transaction from them. Once you sign the contract, they hold you to the 2 year time frame no matter how unhappy you are. The only way to leave is to pay out the full amount. I asked repeatedly to be release and was denied.
