I am really disappointed with Avon. I'm here in the UK, had a very bad experience with Avon starting in April this year 2024. I won't go into the details here, will leave that for another day, as it's really lengthy what went on.
Came here to look at other reviews left by Avon customers, not really surprised to see that 99% of them are negative.
Avon what on earth has happened to you! You don't seem to care about your customers or even about how many of your so called Avon representatives, are behaving!
My Mum used to be an Avon lady in the 60's & 70's. The quality of cosmetics, toiletries & abundance of products available, used to be outstanding then. Not anymore! Everything has just gone downhill. I believe Avon started in the 50's (possibly even earlier), if the founder's of Avon could see what's happened to their company they wouldn't be happy.
I read below a former male Avon representative commentated somewhere that he didn't care for the smell of a particular product. Avon promptly deleted his rep account, plus other things & closed him down. Just for giving his honest opinion! Another customer below complained about her 'druggy' Avon rep. Not delivering goods, not being reliable, not returning money when items required didn't arrive etc. The bad reviews go on & on.
I can see that on this Trustpilot platform here, Avon don't even bother to come hear & read the reviews. There's no reply from Avon for any of them!
Even on Avon's own website, many have left reviews, made suggestions etc. Again no response from Avon about anything, just seem to not care that the company is going down the pan, & they are losing customers!
I will be back in several months time when I'm less busy to detail what my negative experiences with Avon were. However in a nutshell this company are no longer what they used to be. Don't buy from this company. You have been warned!
I won't be surprised to hear in a few years time that Avon in the UK anyway, is no more. They're not doing anything to stay in the market & compete with their competitors. They will go the same way as Wilkinsons, C&A, BHS, Woolworths to name but a few.
I've comfiest bra ever Avon products for years and…
I've used Avon products for years and been very happy, but my last purchase has blown me away. I ordered the bradapt bra in purple and am amazed by the comfort of it. I've never worn such a comfy bra in my life,and it's the best bra I've ever bought. It's so good I've just ordered one in pink and I'm throwing all my other bra's out. I'd recommend giving this bra a go you won't be disappointed. The fit is appropriate to the size so you need the size you normally get. Happy shopping
shocking treatment for cusotmer who write physical paper letters!
There was a postal address on the back of the ordering form that comes with your brochure saying you can write to Avon here. As they had no visible e-mail address on their website, they only had an expensive phone number or contacting them via social media!
All i wanted to do was send them a letter of suggestion about their bubble bath range, sent a letter of post early February 2024.. but April had no response back so asked them on their facebook page. they responded back something quite shocking "that physical letters are not a priority at the moment". i couldn't believe since a letter costs 99p a seocnd class stamp! why should letter son paper be less important than one sent through a computer screen? I jstu couldn't believe the respons, i aksed again if my letter was received and showed them a photo of it with the address on the envelope. also complained they had no proper e-mail address visible in the contact us section and no message box on their website. they sent me a reply back saying this is our e-mail address, when I aksed them why that is not on the website they stated it was in the about section! how daft is that.
Anyway I e-mailed them, not only about the shocking response that apprantley I am not as important as somebody who e-mailed, but they stated something completely different as to why my letter was not responded on, in that they no longer accept complaints or removal forms as physical paper."
So that's two different response and the English grammar was terrible. Yet they have a postal address saying you can write to them!

I bought the new crushed crystals nail enamel that looked lovley and shiny in the brother, my days it is so dull, clumpy, and doesn't shine or twinkle as the brochure would have you believe. I've had to put 2 coats of shiny clear enamel frome a different company to get even a bit of shine to it, don't buy!!!
No shimmer in the glimmer
Ordered 2 glimmer eyeliner supposed to be waterproof NOT and not an sliver of glimmer. So won't order again wouldn't mind if they had a bit or shimmer and didn't rub of within seconds.

Avon sent the package to my old addres despite emailing and calling to say it's the wrong address. Avon response is that unless I go pick up the package they can do nothing. So out of pocket. Just the worst service ever. Through no fault of my own I lose money. Never, ever, ever again. Be warned!
Not sure about all their products
Not sure about all their products, but back in the day they had a lot and very good quality stuff, but these days there is barely anything left. Such a shame. Used to love their mascara in orange 🧡 colour that literally make your lashes look like false ones. The perfumes are all good tho and the bath items, but foundations and creams not so much.

Zero stars for this awful Avon. What happened to Customer Services? I made order for £11.80
I received 2 boxes??
Opened box to find 2 pots of Anew day & night cream, £22.00 each.
And 10 sculpture eyebrow pencils at £3.75 each.
I never ordered this. Its obviously someone else order.
So I emailed Avon on 28th March 2024.
Had automated email stating, will be in touch within 5 days.
What a joke! It's now 11 days & still no response.
I then telephoned Avon 9/4/24 & arranged for courier to pick the parcel up on 11/4/24 between hrs of 14.30pm - 16.30pm. Did anyone arrive today NO! Just to make sure I never missed the courier, I looked through CCTV, no one came. So still sat here with unwanted box with items.
I then telephoned Evri to be told, there was nothing on there system for a pick up today or any other day.
I give up!!
I just throw it in the bin. No good to me.
Whenever I like a product and buy it…
Whenever I like a product and buy it regular it gets discontinued.. mirror spray, glow moisturiser. Why are you doing away with popular products?. Also avon reps are selling discontinued products on auction sites at 10 times the price. Will never buy from avon all the time they are discontinuing products. They dont seem to care that they disappoint their customers.

No customer care
Don't even deserve one star should be zero. Cancelled my order due to an error there end but no communication from them to say so. It was only as I contacted them to find out about my order did I discover it wasn't processed and will not process an immediate refund since it's there error.
Perfume last for long
I purchased loads of perfume from Avon and it smells amazing,specially the Far Away beyond the moon,it lasted for about 8 hours on my skin. Delivery was fast,dispatched it on Monday and I received it on the next day.

Had a poor experience with Carlie in Morecambe (who apparently turned out to be a right druggy). She never delivered as expected, even though she had contact details and always expected her customers to pick up their order. Some items were also missing in orders and she refused to refund money ( I assume she needed money to buy drugs rather than food for her kids). This was in 2018.

I placed an order 3rd dec . It was confirmed . The money was taken from my account . Del was free . As over £25 .
I phoned the friday to say i had not received my order . To be told its not on our system . That i had to place another order . And i would be refunded . I then explained that means . Ill have to pay fir express del . Through no fault of my own . I got told in so many words yes . Hard luck . Placed the order payed £4.99 as the goods where needed .
I have phoned today . As still not received my refund £27.15 . I spent ages on the phone to get my money back .
I tried to get the £4.99 back . But was refussed and told i chose to pay express del . I was put in a position where they took my money failed to supply the goods . And had to then place another order for the same goods on express to now be here in time . Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable as a reg customer . Don't care attitude

Absolutely shocking experience with Avon, ordered a parcel which is delivered with Everi if i knew i wouldn't order in first place, and for three days they coming every time I'm at work, contacted Avon as I have no safe place and won't be at home at that time any day, asked them to get the order back and asked for a refund.
So was told first to refus the order, so I said how can I refuse id I'm NOT at home, so was told to chase it myself the delivery company and as we know is no chance to contact Everi!
Absolutely shocking will never buy from them again!

Then I posted feedback about one of their products, stating only that I didn't care for its smell and Avon deleted my account and representative website almost immediately. Haha That's all you have to know about Avon.

shoking experiance, Amanda and Key had a bloldns to close the line during my conversation, i have bank info or redusing the amount for Avon , but Avon agent Nikol tehling me is just pending. that mean is decline- wow - how can you talk . i have to call in bank to cancel my order. The web side do not recognice email if exist , also not have option for gift reseiver.
