Fantastic experience from start to finish. The appointment was quick and efficient with no wasted time. Dr. Franklin Baptiste Clarke was extremely knowledgeable about androgenic alopecia and took the time to walk me through other treatment options as well. He was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Unhelpful for ADHD medication refills.
Don’t even try to go here if you have ADHD and take Vyvanse. They canceled both of the appointments I tried to make, I assume becuase of the medication I’m trying to get refilled.

For controlled medications, including stimulants such as Vyvanse, virtual walk-in care may not be the most appropriate setting. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, requests for certain controlled medications may not be suitable for this type of service.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were seeking continuity of care. We're genuinely sorry that we were not able to provide the level of service you deserved on this occasion.

This Doctor was a "Very Good" listener. He was very thorough and polite while doing so. He answered my questions clearly and resolved my issues. However, the first doctor I talked to was from a foreign country and her English was so poor I could not understand her at all. No results from the International doctor.

The whole experience was great. Lots of available appointments. Didn't have to wait days for my appointment or hours in a walk in. The call was on time and took under 5 minutes. Assembly line doctoring in a good way.
