Unlike item pictured

The flowers I ordered and what was received were completely opposite. For example, the bouquet ordered had multiple roses, but the one received had zero. Instead there were carnations. I was very disappointed.

The large arrangement was absolutely nothing like the picture. 70% green leaves and less than half the flowers advertised. Never again..

Flowers were beautiful but definitely…

Flowers were beautiful but definitely not as full as advertised photo, paid extra for the upgrade. The extra fee other than delivery fee a bit high, no mention of it until you pay.

It was nice me and my wife have…

It was nice me and my wife have recently separated and she moved there to Tennessee and im here in AZ I ordered them because she sounded depressed and I wanted to brighten her day up I wanted to show her I still love her and still here for her and she said she loved the flowers thank you she still hasn't come back to me but hopefully in the future thank you guys again have a nice day

I wish I had read the Google reviews…

I wish I had read the Google reviews before ordering from this place, that's on me. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday, then cancelled that order 20 minutes later after learning she wasn't going to be home that day. I was contacted THREE HOURS LATER and told that it was already being processed and could not be cancelled. They left me a voicemail stating this, and now won't return my phone calls. Listen to the reviews, go anywhere else if you can. Or at least don't try to surprise someone with flowers, because they have zero leeway with refunds/cancellations/returns. Just paid $80 for flowers that will be dead when she finally does get to see them.

Ava’s Flowers is HORRIBLE

1. The flowers were wilted when they arrived and had brown edges on the roses. 2. It was not the arrangement I ordered online. 3. Also, I ordered a sympathy card to be attached. Instead, they printed out the message on printer paper with a printer that had printing issues and only the bottom half of each letter printed.
Overall, it was a horrible and embarrassing situation. I want my money back and have not received a response from Ava’s Flowers concerning that. I would not recommend ordering from Ava’s Flowers EVER!!

easy to do remotely

The only complaint was that they delivered 1 day early. This was for a Birthday. Better early than late though.

I ordered 12 roses 4 balloons 1…

I ordered 12 roses 4 balloons 1 Anniversary ballon and delivery before 2p. I all that was delivered was the flowers no ballon’s and it arrived after 2p. Very disappointed to say the least. Not interested in this service again

Some companies simply conceal their service fees in the cost of the flowers, in addition to charging a delivery fee. At AVAS, we prefer to keep it separate so that you know exactly what you are paying for at the final step of the web checkout. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It is our mission to make all customers' online ordering experiences as seamless as possible. The final cost of a purchase is largely dependent on a lot of factors, including the destination, applicable taxes, and the day and date of delivery. This makes it challenging to provide the total before collecting all the relevant information. To ensure that the customer's expectations are set correctly, we state throughout Steps 1 (Delivery Info) and 2 (Billing Info) that tax and fees will be calculated once the addresses and delivery date are confirmed.

After addresses and delivery dates are filled in on Steps 1 and 2, we can calculate any relevant costs outside the product total. Step 3, the ""Review & Place Order"" section of our online cart, allows customers to enter a coupon code they may wish to include. This section displays the total, including tax and fees. Not impressed

My order had to be edited from what I ordered online. Instead of sending an email with instructions I had someone call me multiple times telling me I had to “call back due to a problem with my order.” I then had to log into my order to change it. Seems like they could have sent those instructions in an email. My order also wasn’t delivered on the correct date (July 1) despite me paying for overnight shipping. It arrived a day late, meaning the person it was intended for wasn’t home at the time of delivery.
