I never received the order

I never received the order, even though I received notification that it had been delivered. I complained several times, but received no response from an unfriendly automated system.

Flowers were meant to be sent Easter…

Flowers were meant to be sent Easter Saturday. The date was wrong on the order (maybe my fault). I called to reschedule for later that week. The operator changed it to then. The order wasn’t delivered until weeks later.

Worst Service EVER

Worst Service EVER.
Flowers were never delivered but was lied to that it was. This was for Easter Sunday.
Mysteriously they appeared the following day. 8 tulips instead of 16 & they were in really bad shape.
Was told I was gonna be refunded half but got much less than that.
Never got N apology or nothingness

It was a new experience using Ava’s…

It was a new experience using Ava’s Flowers and ordering on an app. It worked well and when there was a question they called with their question and worked out the details. They were very pleasant and the end result was perfect and beautiful. Would recommend!!!!!

Terrible experience!

Terrible experience would definitely not ever use again. Flowers delivered were terrible and upon supposed 2nd attempt of delivery, the order was never received.

Pricier than other florists

Initially, I as very disappointed, because flowers arrived later than had been indicated. Also price was $40 more than expected. After contacting the company I never received a response. This is the first contact I’ve received since April. After a recent visit to the recipient’s house, the orchid is beautiful, so for that reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star. Very deceptive of price and flower arrived in very poor condition, initially.

Same day delivery was promised but not…

Same day delivery was promised but not fulfilled. Delivery was expected on the 3rd but did not happen until the 6th. In addition to the delay, the flowers I ordered were unavailable. The only other option available was the "Designer's seasonal mix" so I had no idea what was being delivered. While the flowers that were delivered were pretty, they were not what I had in mind at all. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.

Scammers

These are scammers!I paid extra for a large arrangement and a miserable little bouquet was delivered to the hospital.Absolutely no way to get in touch with customer service. They write something here on Trustpilot then disappear. Shameful

They are Real scammers

They are Real scammers.
I bought some flowers for my father’s funeral but they never delivered them.
I complained to customer service and they promised an investigation.
After one week they phoned and offered to deliver the flowers to our home.
Since the funeral already past I requested a refund of the money.
They cleared state AvasFlowers DO NOT return any money.
They robbed me!!

Not so fresh, and did not arrive "as shown online"

I purchased a flower arrangement for a long time massage client of mine. When she sent me the picture to say thank you I was surprised to see that the arrangement did not look like the picture. The picture was flowers such as yellow lillies, and baby yellow lillies, with some pink roses in the mix in a carrying basket with a handle which I thought would be perfect since she is traveling by car to Arkansas, and would be easier to have in her car with her. What I saw she recieved was an arrangement of mostly baby yellow lillies (which mind you i asked upon ordering for the arrangement to look "as shown"), the basket was not a basket with handle as suggested in the picture, but rather a regular straw type basket with the floral arrangement that looked like some of the pink roses were just shoved in on the side, and we're already wilting and dying, so I guess not so fresh. I was mildly disappointed, and thought this florist had better standards as advertised, but took some stars off because of the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. This is the last time I am ordering any online flowers from Avas as I spent 108.00 to have these delivered, same say which they did respect, but the flowers should've been "as seen online". Way too over priced to arrive in a condition that you did not expect, and when your expectations were high.

First and last time with Ava’s flowers

First and last time with Ava’s flowers. Sent in an order on May 4, 2026 for my sister in laws flowers for graduation for delivery to her home in Tarpon Spings. Ordered the Sweetest Surprise bouquet with wide vase and she got red, white and blue carnation-like flowers with tacky ribbons all over it, in a cheap little clear vase. Absolutely horrible, non certified florists. Looking nothing like the photo, not even close. Oder number: 14658459

This was the worse experience I’ve ever…

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with a florist. I had the wrong date for delivery and went through the process of editing my order. On the new delivery date they sent a Dutch of daisies, certainly not the nearly $100 bunch I ordered. Then a month later they sent my original order BUT the person I intended it for was no longer at the address (that was the reason for the change in the original order. What a waste. Customer service was non existent. I will never order from Ava’s again and I will warn others not to as well.

WORST EXPERIENCE FOR FLOWERS EVER!

When I placed the order a month in advance they delivered (1) bouquet ONE that same day and not the day of my event which would have been (8) bouquets and the delivery person ignored my message stating to take the order back to the establishment, even my security told him to leave and he proceeded to leave the flowers on a table when security wasn't looking. I had to stay on the phone for over an hour to get a live person to hear my complaint and for them to understand my order once the goats could be tamed in the background (I am not kidding) Oh and when that one bouquet was delivered it looked NOTHING like the pictured and I told them at the third party who I found out that made them and they fixed that at no extra cost, I will be going directly to them, for ALL future orders and I told them that.

I show an order number of : 14517151 and a customer support # T13453531 my order was on April 21st.

I have never paid for a more mediocre…

I have never paid for a more mediocre and disappointing service. I ordered flowers on 06/23 after being promised they would be delivered by 7:00 PM that same day. Instead, they arrived a full day late on 06/24 at 6:40 PM.

To make matters worse, the flowers arrived damaged, the card I paid extra for was missing, and even the flower food packet that helps keep the flowers fresh was not included.

This level of service and quality is completely unacceptable. Companies that treat their customers this way are a disgrace to our community. I wasted my money and would never recommend this company to anyone.
