Flowers were beautiful. Delivered on the correct day as ordered. My problem was the cost. A delivery fee AND a processing fee? To much. Will not use you again because of that.

Paid 108 for 39 dollar flowers and wasn't allowed to cancel my order

Very quick. Not all flowers were available in the bouquet I ordered. Did a good job of replacing. Just wasn't informed. Minor.

The picture of what the arrangement was supposed to be was nothing like my friend received. It was so small for what I spent. I would not recommend you

While the flowers were nice and delivered on time. They were not what I ordered. They were not as big or colorful.
In addition, this is the second time I’m filling this out.

Had to switch the flowers I chose and they came late. Still very pretty.

Your delivery was right on time and very beautiful! I live in Boston and ordered your flowers for my friend in Carmel that had surgery. She was delighted! Thank you so much! 🫠

The flowers were just left on the porch in the rain. The delivery guy never knocked or rang the doorbell. When family came over they saw them sitting on the porch and the container was ruined. Flowers were salvageable. The home owner was home when delivered.

Ava's Flowers has an impressive website and it draws you in. Buyer beware!!! This is not a brick and mortar store. Customer service is overseas and they will not answer the question 'where are you located?' If you call to resolve an issue, they'll put you on hold, then hang up. If you call ostensibly for a new order, then you can complain and someone might call you back. The flowers that were sent were completely different than the ones I chose. Also, no one would ever know they came from any place by the name of Ava's. They came from somewhere else!! A $28 fee is added by the time you go all through the mess. Instead of the heart warming experience it should be, it's head-spinning. Why do our laws allow such deceptive practices????

I’d give them zero stars if I could on their website they claim to have free shipping same-day delivery two days later my aunt’s getting out of the hospital and still hasn’t received her flowers. They offered a 15% discount when they charge me $50 for delivery and a service fee. Period their customer service called me back and put me on hold for 15 minutes after they called me, then they wanted to wait another day. They asked my permission if it was fine too wait an additional day for delivery. I canceled my order. They suggested that they could use another floral shop and that they would get it done. I decline they advertise been in business for 30 years. I don’t know how they stayed in business that long while you’re on hold for literally what seems to be ours they advertise how they are on the top-notch premium florist and customer service. They have no idea what customer service is. Avoid Ava’s flowers.

The pitiful flowers that were sent to my daughter for her birthday were droopy and looked as if they had been lifted from a grave! I do have a photo of them but can’t find a way to attach it to this message! What is most disturbing is that thrice should have been $59+ but when checking out there was an added service charge which made the purchase $91.+
It is my that there should be a refund or a new arrangement sent to my daughter!

Wish they'd do a better job on rush delivery before 2.

This place is absolutely atrocious. A 30 bucks in service fees at the very last second after spending several minutes entering all kinds of information. Guaranteed same day delivery; after I made the purchase, they said that I was on "flex delivery". So could be the next day instead. They don't let you just straight up cancel the order online it says thank you, someone will get back to you shortly. Nobody did. So I called and tried to cancel it over the phone, and was disconnected probably six or seven times. And they don't let you call to just talk to somebody. You have to sit on the line and confirm all your information for a few minutes and then they say you are in line for a call back. Eventually someone called back but like I said only to be disconnected again. All of their customer service reps are outsourced from overseas. That really bothers me that they parade themselves as local florists. It was my own fault for trying to place an order while in a vehicle not paying much attention. After you're probably dedicating 2 hours to just trying to cancel the order I finally get through to somebody that's a supervisor or something, even though I didn't even ask for one, and she informs me that I can't cancel my order. That on page 13 of the terms and conditions you can't cancel same day or next Day deliveries. Wow.. over that 2 hours, I had already placed an order with a local florist shop in the city where my mom lives, they made it, and delivered it in less time. Save yourself the massive headache and absolutely go with somebody else.
