First and last

First, what I wanted was "not in stock"; 2nd In trying to complete the order, had to play phone tag with calls and trying to return them; the only number I could find resulted in EXTREMELY long hold times (>15min). I will Know better than to order from Avas again.

Great experience

Had another floral company cancel on me last minute. Found AvasFlowers online and the flowers were delivered less than 3 hours after I purchased. Beautiful flowers, easy purchase

Stay away

Stay away from this company. I ordered an arrangement for my mom’s bday paid a 137 for a large deluxe item that was embarrassing to give to my mom! 5.99 for a balloon that was never delivered either, what a waste of time and money, so disappointing. Never again!

Please save yourself the grief…

Received the most horrid peonies I have ever seen. Customer service sucked horribly. No one directly reached out to me to rectify the issue. DO NOT order from this company. Waste of money. I was so embarrassed by the condition that these flowers arrived in. Never again. I should have believed all the other reviews that stated this website was fraudulent.
And had the audacity to offer me a $10 credit as if I’d ever order flowers from them again. A $10 credit will not make up for the money WASTED. 60 something dollars wasted on ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

Awful experience. Flowers received not the flowers ordered,

The flowers I received didn't look anything like I ordered. The person who delivered them didn't speak english. I refused the flowers and called the 800 number and told them to correct the order and re-deliver. The flowers they brought the second time were also not the ones I ordered but I took them anyway realizing I wasn't going to get what I ordered, An awful experience.

If I could give them NEGATIVE 10 !!!

If I could give them NEGATIVE 10 !!!! I would love that option. I ordered a beautiful sweetest surprise pastel bouquet in large for my mom‘s birthday, given that I’m out of state ordered on line
When the flowers were delivered they were nothing close to what is advertised on line. It was literally four flowers put together in a small, extremely small vase.

Don’t waste your time and don’t disappoint yourself. This boutique is a scam and if there was a way to upload the pictures, I would definitely do that, but that’s not even an option because they’re going to scam you.

Even if they refunded my full order or with the current $20 credit they offer I would never buy again, nor do I recommend anyone to purchase from this business.

I dont live around there and my mom was vacationing in their area so I found them on Google and thank God it was legit. I heard the flowers were beautiful and they arrived at a good time and it was same day delivery.

I have already sent my response two weeks ago with no return response from anyone. I was VERY disappointed with the flowers sent by your company. The bouquet was small in size even though I ordered a bigger size. The cost was exorbitant for I received. I would have done MUCH better by going to the grocery store for the money I spent. 50th wedding anniversary flowers were a bust.
