They are very incompetent. Some say they are scammers. I can't say yes or no. But I CAN say that the flowers didn't arrive - even though their tracker said they did.
When I called I was connected to an offshore rep who had no power and didn't speak english.
AVOID.

Florist canceled my order short notice and I had to scramble to get it taken care of

We were at a hotel out of town for our Anniversary and were at a resort after finding out if they would deliver to the resort. They asked for an alternate delivery address at which i did not have one and they were supposed to be delivered that same day. Well I had something special planned and it didn't happen because I was/could not leave to meet at an alternative address

I ordered in advance and the flowers were delivered on time.

I complained about the order and got no response. My mother’s order was also messed up and she also got no response. Will never order from Ava’s again. Horrible service and arrangement was nothing like pictured and I should have gotten a refund????

Flowers were beautiful but it didn’t say who it was from. My friend had no idea. If I didn’t reach out to confirm she received she would have never known they were from me. Not sure how that happened. Maybe user error. If not, maybe make it more clear to place name on card if that’s what the person sees only: thanks

Delivered 2 days late when no one home and left in heat. I will never order from you again.

I will never order from Ava’s Flowers ever again. I placed an order and paid for same day delivery only to be contacted near the end of the day with a cryptic voicemail saying to call about my order. I finally get a hold of a real human who offers me literally nothing in return for the inconvenience. They can’t send a different arrangement or make anything happen that day. At this point, it’s already the end of the day so I am just out of luck. If they couldn’t fulfill the order, I shouldn’t have been able to place it, or at least contact me earlier in the day so I could have looked into alternate options myself. The customer service was absolutely terrible.

I was told My daughter would receive her flowers in the hospital possibly same day maybe next morning. She was released The next afternoon and they never were delivered. She did finally get them at her home that night. The only reason I gave the rating I did was because the flowers were beautiful.

Ava’s flowers ad is more than deceptive they advertise being a shop in the location of where you are needing flowers sent. Every city! I ordered flowers for my sister’s funeral. I couldn’t attend as I was in the hospital in Idaho. The flowers were never delivered. I couldn’t get my money refunded and had to file a dispute with my bank. Don’t fall for their scam

Flowers were crushed. Candies were crushed. Freezer bags were completely defrosted and warm

The bouquet was TINY compared with the photo on the website, and despite ordering the biggest 'prestige' size. They refunded the purchase but I will not go back.

Although the flowers were not the same as the photo selected on the website, they were very beautiful. The service was great as well.

The flowers were for a funeral they were late. I didn’t get the flowers I ordered. This survey was sent to me 3 months after.
I will never use Avas again and I am telling everyone I know to never use Avas

Great service. Fast delivery. I ordered them from my home in Canada. It was a very easy transaction. But it is a bit pricey. But that’s to be expected when you send flowers from a different country. I highly recommend Avasflowers.

The flowers and balloons were lovely. Thank you.

I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mom they were not delivered to her. I tried reaching out since I am in Utah and never heard back or received a response. I have order with no problems before. I will never order from Ava’s again.

I was really disappointed with my experience ordering from Ava’s Flowers.
I scheduled a flower delivery for Friday, but they were delivered a day early on Thursday without any notice or approval. If Friday delivery wasn’t available or the business would be closed, that should have been communicated before my order was accepted. I specifically chose the delivery date for a reason.
To make matters worse, the flowers looked nothing like the arrangement pictured on the website. The bouquet I received was noticeably different and felt much lower quality than what was advertised.
Finally, the pricing was misleading. The arrangement was initially advertised at around $47, but after adding delivery fees, service charges, and taxes, the total came to $76. While I understand there can be additional fees, the final price was significantly higher than expected.
Overall, between the incorrect delivery date, lack of communication, misleading product photos, and unexpected price increase, I can’t recommend Ava’s Flowers based on my experience.

A complete scam. Hidden fees that almost double the total. Trying to cancel an order is almost impossible. They keep talking over me and offering other bs. This company is purely a scam. Stay away!!
